and why didnt i believe that story; not that you didnt tell it right but that the father's story may not be true. A nigerian woman has been given asylum in the US for a similar reason, same number of daughters. Somehow i just cant shake off the thought that they are exploiting the opportunity to gain access to these countries using the "female circumcision" excuse.
