You are to use the loan for 12 months without paying back, then you will need to repay all the loan with 9% interest for another 24 months make 3yra all together.
If you give your person 30% it will really affect you to the extend you will not be able to pay back and that could cause problem for you.
Call the guy and explain to him or her that 30% percent will put you in trouble, persuade him to collect a compensation for the job done well. Remember he will not help you to pay back when the time comes, everything still look like joke now by the the you are to pay back it will become real deal.
