emusmith: In her own drama, it was not foreseen.
In few cases, the husbands get the job after they were married. That becomes a hard but to crack hmm! Well then if he doesn't want her to cheat, he ll have to make sacrifices by paying her at least monthly visits even if it's only weekend. You and I both know the man can't stay that long without anything. |

chibic: and you think the woman will be completely faithful as well? Even if she could she shouldn't , No decent man ll leave a woman in a place without so much as a visit for 8 years without having sth he depends on for consolation. We are talking about a woman who is married here and not a virgin. |

emusmith: This is to Oil Rig workers, those in diaspora, Sea, Out of the state etc...and this makes him visit home like once a month to spend just a few days.
I personally know many young wives whose husbands left for work a day or a week after their wedding. I know them.
My colleague told me she hasn't seen the husband in 8 years. He works in South Africa. They communicate on phone. He sends money often. Their son was One when he left.
I know the money is good.
But does the women want just the money?
This is an Opinion Poll and so many ladies and guys have a thing or two to say.
Please contribute to help our sisters cope.
Besides, How Have You Been Coping? That's too bad to say the least, concerning your colleague. the relationship is not one of mutual interest, it's more of a legacy. That's not enough at all for both of them. One year is enough for a married but single woman/man to make a life-changing plan, let alone 8 years OMG!, so the best thing is to consider the child a legacy and move on with her life by marrying someone else coz the man can never be completely faithful to her for 8 years. the money can never be enough.. |

Beamborla: Talking about brain, We have lots of them in Nigeria. It's just that the situation of the country does not make an average Nigerian think beyond survival (daily bread). And those in power are only concerned about enriching themselves. No time for critical thinking that leads to innovation, no time to just look around with a clear mind so one can see what is hidden in one thing or the other. In Nigeria, when you see people in front of the T.V or making use of any form of the media it always just for entertainment and business and they hardly open their mind beyond that. Very few think of education when you talk of the media yet these are one of the places if not the best place to get idea. We have it all in this country. Maybe we truly need the secession to push the best in everyone out.
The only problem in it is that ,right within ourselves, We would start fighting for power I.e the minority tribe or community not wanting to be marginalied. The SW which has considerable amount of Christians, Muslims and traditional worshippers might start having religious crisis with each segment wanting to .be well represented in the political affairs. Other regions would also have their issues...no doubt In few words, secession ll cause more harm than good, Noted!. And to disagree a little with the survival of the fittest theory, I ll say allowing ur stomach to do the thinking isn't classy, which is the way of life of many if not every1 in the country, speaking of the situation, even America was once a small group of slaves, but look at them today. The county's situation didn't just come about itself if not by the intrinsically selfish instinct of the majority, even the highly cultured ones can't help it coz it has eaten deep in them. What am saying is the brains u claim to be numerous are vain, and if they exist they are completely misplaced. |

Beamborla: My dear, strenght does not reside in the boot or muscle anymore. It's Now in the brain and at your finger tips. The whites don't have enough resources and are not strong physically but they are surviving. Every one seem to think the SW are cowards and won't survive when faced with difficulties... all I have to say is 'let it happen first' then We would know who is who. I would refrain from making negative comments about any geo-political zone cos It's not worth it. Quite right tho. Correction, about physical strength don't even think about it, they ve got it, just not enough when mostly needed, and more importantly they ve got the brains even more, which many lack in this country. Nevertheless, there is always a way out but I like ur optimistic defense, IMPRESSIVE! considering the fact that I have a history with the SW. |

IGBOSON1: ^^^How? Every region can survive on their own, it's just that some are afraid to go it on their own and leave the false 'cover' one Nigeria provides!
Do you really think these boko bastards would have survived a week if they faced an independent Biafra Republic (Alaigbo), Oduduwa Republic or Ijaw Republic?
I'm a realist, and don't have time for utopian dreams like 'one Nigeria' which we all know is a lie! Can't agree less, u are very right. Needed to hear it tho |

Beamborla: We really should try this secession thing for a year and see who and who would survive it and those it would work out for. That way everybody would know where he or she belong at the end of the one year and all these noise would reduce To be frankly honest, it ll affect Southwest seriously. It favours Northern parts. |

MizMyColi: A lady should be mentally strong enough to know when to gather all her faculties and walk out of a relationship that reeks of first class manipulation, selfishness, control and downright emotional abuse.
But no, we won't.
We must marry this year by fire by force. When it doesn't pan out that way, we conclude we were taken advantage of. We had a part to play joor.
We keep giving guys irrefutable reasons to spew iranu and rada rada about us. Reducing us to beggars of attention, affection, money and ultimately; marriage.
Dear Lawd, give me and my fellow ladies brain.
Aamem. May dear Lawd answer ur prayer sweetheart. U see, most ladies won't admit that they don't have brains, and therefore won't ask it from the Lawd |

Romance › Re: I Cooked Better Than My Virgin Girl, What Should I Do? by Nicklaus(m): 2:40pm On Feb 21, 2015 |
seggzz: I have a very beautiful virgin girl but cannot cook as I do. There was a time I asked her to prepare a pepper soup meal. She didn't know the procedures and she had to ask me the cooking procedures. And I was ashamed with the way she wanted to prepare the meal. I pushed her away and I prepared it myself. She was surprised that I can cook that good after she tasted it.
Moreover, I still asked her to cook egusi soup and stew with turkey differently. She couldn't cook it well even after some assistance, the egusi soup tasted salty. And now, I do most of the cooking anytime she visits me. She confessed that she usually enjoy my food, but I'm not happy with her.
Ladies and gentlemen, what should I do to this virgin lady? Teach her. Mine learnt a lot from me. |
