It seems to me the proceed from the land is going to be worthwhile. I dont know how much but this is what i will advice you from personal experience.

Sell the house with ypur family consent and by another land in a very much cheaper location.
Example if for example you are in lagos some part of Ikorodu towards imota still sell half plot of land for as low as 300k .
You can go on and do a small foundation on the land and them bury her there.

My family did something like this.
