I believe and hope so. I have called Diamond bank and Gtb and their is good feedback from the two banks. Diamond bank told me that the money was credited into his bank account directly since Saturday.

KYRIOS is a pure scammer.

I have also given them his GT bank data as well and they have started flagging the account due to my relationship with the front desk as a long term customer of theirs!

When I first contacted the guy he told me to ask about him from singapore1, femcruz, aloyt, darty, tutucious, eniolamoda, Bamz and main24. He told me that he have transacted with them all before and they all sent first. Out of the long list that he gave to me the only person that I have done business with is tutucious and I contacted her to ask about the guy. I asked her maybe she has transacted with kyrios before and she told me YES, I asked again that is he legit.. she responded YES... and I asked her again that did she send first to him she said YES.

Tutucious is one of the few people here who I always send first to and she has never failed me. I carried her along as the transaction started having k-legs and it seems she contacted singapore1 (through which she know kyrios) as the smoke keeps rising. Singapore1's response on my quote yesterday where I was asking kyrios to release the coins shows that he knows him very very well and he is not denying it. My appeal to singapore1 is to pls help me fish out kyrios so as to get my money back to me. I appreciate his efforts so far as I believe that he will help till the end. Its a pity that kyrios changed just of a sudden.

I appreciate the support and concerns of all the people that have been contributing to this issue since it started.

When such happened before I called my bank and they told me that they are having network Issue that I should wait and after 20mins of droping the call I received the money back as failure transaction which I informed him immediately.

But the situation is very different when I transferred money into his bank account on saturday 18/02/2017 at exactly 1:24pm Nigeria time. We have been communicating smoothly before I finished the transfer but immediately after sending the money to him he went offline I tried his no but not reachable. He did not respond to my chats till after 2hours of sending the money to him. When he responded he told me that I should wait for him to confirm the alert and for another 2hours he was telling me to wait he kept telling me this for another two hours (from 3pm-5pm). 4 soild hours has gone without confirmation of alert...

He responded at exactly 5:01pm when he told me that he has not seen the alert but that I should send my wallet ID which I did. I told him to check through atm or internet banking but he stopped responding to my chats. At that point I know that the guy is up to something. I called my bank to confirm the status of the transfer and they told me that the money has been successfully credited into his bank account. My bank gave me 30 digits confirmation codes to affirm the transaction. I sent this confirmation code and my statement of account to KYRIOS but he did not respond. I kept sending him messages without response from him and thats how the first day went.

He responded the second day and he told me that he has called his bank and they confirmed that they have received the payment but that his bank has not credited him. Since that time I have been asking him to release my coins but he kept telling me to wait.

He did not show me his statement. I called my bank since yesterday and they told me that they have successfully credited his bank they also gave me 30 figures code as confirmation code which I gave to him. I showed him my debit alert and my statement of account which shows that the money has been debited from me but throughout yesterday he kept telling me that he has not received the alert while i kept telling him to call his bank. Just this morning he called his bank and they confirmed the incoming transaction for him.... Why should I wait for another 18hours before I received the coins which I have paid for since yesterday... Pls let him release the coins asap na beg I dey beg oo.
