op, last year u were busy runin your mouth and calling Hotmas all sorts of names wrongfully. Then i knew u were up to something, u even went ahead sayin all farmlands in ogbomoso are scam but here u are today promoting the same ogbomoso farmlands u classified as fake. Kama is a bitch u knw?
I was very surprised seeing this guy here selling farmland in same Ogbomoso. If I were hotmas911 this guy would have been taught some lessons. I would have gone after him with everything in my power. In the same Ogbomoso? Some people have no conscience.

people like you are not worthy of this forum. So you wrote and did all that defamation about hotmas911 to start advertising farmland in the same Ogbomoso? You are a wicked soul. Now your real motive is exposed. I knew all along you were up to something. Anyway I pity those that deal with people like you. Because people like you will do anything for money. Why trying to run someone down. I wish I could see you in person and teach you some lessons. Hotmas must not allow you to go unpunished.

gud evening bro Dr. Isa av change his username on nairaland cos' of what happen. even that day he change his username i was marvelled so painful he's a fraudster people should be far away from him. hastom too should be check and people running business with him should be careful and prayerful with him.
all these your careful and prayerful is nothing but rambling except you tell us how he defrauded you. If I were the accused I would make sure I use everything in my power to teach you lessons you won't forget all your life. It seems you are a kid that do not understand the gravity of accusing someone without evidence. Tell us all what you know or shut up! Because it seems you know the guy who lost money and hotmas911 very well. Honestly if you don't tell us what you know I will personally take up the issue with you

Guys!
Take a breath and relax for a minute. I can't make head or tail out of these ramblings.

What exactly went down, pls? I have been following doctorisa's posts, and suddenly noted that his handle had been deactivated.
Johnnyessence seem to be privy to what happened, but I couldn't make out much of anything from his posts about the issue, except that he feels hotmas911 was culpable.

Can cooler heads prevail, and allow you guys to resolve the issues involved?
The agriculture section, I believe, is for matured minds. For real men.

Let's act like one. One love!
Rambling! That's the perfect way to describe all this accusation especially from that johnnyessence. I asked him on the other thread to explain how the accused hotmas911 is a fraudster because he claimed he was defrauded and he has not said any meaningful thing in all his writings. All I see here are are some bitter and jealous people trying to bring down a guy. I think I saw where hotmas911 dared anyone to come out and declare how he defrauded them in all his dealings. Till I see a proven evidence of fraud against the guy all these ramblers remain "bad belle"

excuse me pls u can never be telling me the largest nairaland landlord and not clearing about the deal he have with Dr. Isa that change his name on nairaland God will surely punish him cos' he can't be making somebody to cry. try and open the guy thread and see things for ur self . that day i was reading the thread it was alarming hotmass could not cleared the air. and the funniest thing is that the so called man Dr. Isa change his name on nairaland which speak of fraudster to everyone hotmass knows about the deal with Dr. Isa cos' the man was expressing to the point that hotmass knows when the casava farming started . This can't last for long it's just for a while it is very bad making people to cry upon the investment in agriculture this shows no one to be trusted cos' we are all human been move by fleshy things.
i av read almost all the comments. And yours is making me believe you are working with the creator of this thread to mislead People. You can do us all good by telling us how this hotmas911 defrauded you. Because you are the loudest here and you even called him a fraudster. That is a big allegation that can land you in trouble if you don't have anything substantial to back it up. Please tell us all how he defrauded you or anyone you know. We are waiting.

At ur own risk,I was once like you but not until I saw my faith myself.
Ok, this is really serious. But you have not answered my question. Did Mr. Hotmas co-managed the farm with the Doctor. Or how was he involved practically in the whole thing? Tell us. Because now another too person has commented that the Doctor is really somebody one should run away from. So that you can further help me and others considering Ogbomoso, answer my question.

doctorisa:
it was true that mr kenny came to our office some 11 months back that he wants to cultivate one and a half acres of maize and cassava we agreed to work with him and he deposited some money we cleared the land for him and planted maize around middle of July last year he came after the cultivation to check and even visited the farm like 2 times more after we have inter-cropped with cassava,he came around in the first week of October and said he needs some money that we should sell the maize and i advise him that its not advisable to sell wet maize that its not profitable and he agreed..i enter the farm and gave him some maize to take home..he called after 3 weeks and i told him its not yet dried i ask him for some money to weed the farm and he said i should look for a way weed it that after selling his maize he will make it up...around ending of November i went to the farm to check and to my surprise part of the maize have been harvested not only his with about 3 people around the farm akeem also a nairalander, mine and nelson also a nairalander..this land was lease to us by a manager in tewure we reported the case to him and also to the police and i informed him immediately, we search around the farm and notice they came with a small size cab over night.we also informed the farmers around..but we couldnt get any suspect..i went to the farm later on to weed and also pack the weed to surround the farm i called him around February that i will be leaving the town but want to hand his farm over to a farmer nearby to manage, they exchange no and call eachother...middle of march the man incharge of the farm called me that cow enter part of the farm and destroyed some part and fire also burnt the surrounding,i ask him what will be the next thing and he said if they weed the rest that it would be ok but mr kenny have not sent any money since i left to weed...first week of april i was told he came for harvesting without calling before, when the cassava is not yet 12 month...but i was told he did not visit the farm that day..but return halfway..he called me and i explain the situation of things to him and he said ok,i called mr sam and he said he have not call again since then...
I got this from another thread on this same issue and since the so called doctor has not deemed it fit to respond here. I thought I should quote what he said here. Seriously I think Mr Hotmas ought to have responded all this while. Because the complainant tried to link you and doctor together. Please me as a person need to know what really transpired. I believe a lot in doing research and hearing all sides. In as much as I understand from your angle, I'm somehow surprised by the silence of Mr Hotmas, and to me silence can be powerful than shouts sometimes. But if I may ask, did Mr Hotmas co-manage the farm with the doctor? Just want to understand because I am a farmer too and Ogbomosho is on our list for our next project because I understand its the best place for cashew.

100 hectares is 250 acres, if its for farming and where labour is relatively cheap. Owode-Idi iroko axis will be better, you will get enough workforce from Benin republic. Acres ranges from 120-200k depending on the proximity to the express. Call 08125288030
thanks but our budget is between 60 and 80k.

Hello house. I have always been an observer on this forum. I have read many posts and adverts About farming and I have learnt a lot here.
Now me and my colleagues are looking for 100 hectares of land in any of the south west state. We want the land to be motorable and in a place where labour is cheap and readily available. Recommendations from experienced farmers will be appreciated.
