Racism appears to be on the increase in that country.
Re: What Do Nigerians Think Of Australia? by Nobody: 12:33pm On Jul 17, 2011
^^ how did you come to that conclusion
Re: What Do Nigerians Think Of Australia? by tunnytox(m): 1:42pm On Jul 17, 2011
Racism is everywhere even in Nigeria, as far as I know Australia is a very good place to migrate to I believe many Nigerians lost and still losing the opportunity to migrate to this country because they are too preoccupied chasing USA and UK visas while they could have obtain Australian visa with probably less effort.

Another question for those currently in Oz.

Are there good Black hair salons where I can get my hair braided and how easy is it to buy hair for extensions?

How much does it cost for full hair braid or "pick and drop" styles? Are there any good natural Black hair salons etc?

Thanks.
Re: What Do Nigerians Think Of Australia? by Nobody: 6:07am On Jul 29, 2011
I have actually bought extensions for 10dollars before, maximum 20dolls. Cos of braiding varies, some people charge 600dolls, I have a friend of mine that makes mine for 250 dollars cos we are friends and everywhere I'd gone to ,the prices are so expensive. Some people do it for 300. It varies really.

i have never imagined austrialia to be as beautiful as this. not allowing the beauty to blindfold me, i still think the issue of racism must be looked into given dehumanising situation of victim of racism. i know it exist everywhere but the extreme situation is what am opposed to. in africa for instance, there are certain hotels in cape town -south africa that you as a black person cannot check in.

Does anybody know which of these schools is the best for an international student and most multicultural; UNSW - Sydney, UWA - Perth or Uni of Adelaide. I will be moving to Australia next year and want to know which of these schools and cities will be the best for a Nigerian student. I will be studying Petroleum Engineering if that helps.
Thanks.
