- Who are those who made the rules for grading . . .

- Who are those who actually do the grading. . .

- What economic benefits does the grading play in geo-politics. . .

- What is the definition of failed state according to the index. . .

relax, dont beat ur patriotism too much, you may beat out common sense in the process. we dont need any foreigner to tell us what we already know. our country at this moment is a failed state. what we dont know is the degree of failure(as if comparing failures is a pleasant habit) . .

however we have a unique opportunity, as always, to turn things around. if the selected aganet os failure in abuja can have a change of heart.

is there any country in the history of man which does not have a president for one month and still counting . . . . . sorry, i mean, which does not know if it has a president or not, or if there is a president, does not know his whereabouts, or if they know his whereabouts, does not know his status(dead or alive or moribund, or mental etc) or if they know his status, does not know when he'll resume duties, if he will . . . if . . . etc
