@susannaja, I dont believe that 80% would if they could. I think 100% would choose a person who they find attractive no matter the racial background or colour. Men usually date an array of women depending on their surroundings/exposure. My BF is a Ghanaian, when he was back home he only dated dark skinned women, when he lived in Wales he only dated Whites, now he's with me and I am neither dark or White.

At the end of the day, you only need one man who loves you and your skin tone, what 80%, 99%, 62% of other men like should be none of your concern.
