A so called "CEO" of a Company that operates in a one room apartment sharing a wall with a food is ready who claims to have so much "VISION" from God to wipe out unemployment in the world with a so called first of its kind "employment product", a book which he claims to contain useful info about employment and other avenues where you can make automatic wealth as mentioned on its table of contents but actually nothing tangible is in the book.

This "CEO" says anyone who wants to work in his company must pay a certain sum of money for unemployed undergraduates and a twice the sum for unemployed graduates to work in his company will be automatically employed. About 15 desperate people pay for the job and a few others who were referred to the place upon seeing the environment and the countenance of the "CEO" for whatever reason will not want to come back or ever dream of working in the place for reasons best known to them.
About 5 staffs were given employment letter while the rest were not issued employment letter, and He kept on ignoring their pleas for an employment letter at least to further proof that they have been officially employed as staffs.

Upon the pressure He put on staff that the were not productive as in selling the company most cherished product which is the employment book (this book is to be recruiting people to the company), that the company target was to employed 1,000 people, according to him 1.000 people buying the employment book multiplied by the a certain price of purchasing the employment book will run into millions of naira, which the company will now use to invest in some business like cyber cafe, commercial taxis etc, from the proceeds from the investment on the business within 3 months the company will grow financially and will be able to carter for their salaries (Note when he employed the few staffs he never mentioned such but He categorically stated that as soon as you buy the employment book you are automatically employed and your salary starts running)

Due to pressure,on one of the meeting the "CEO/HE" was adviced by the staffs to place an advert on tv/radio and also put up a sign post in front of the office to show that he was recruiting both unemployed graduates and undergraduates to work with him or be part of his vision since he claims to a good man that loves helping people, but he bluntly refused doing such always procrastinating that the company will do it. Some staff felt he was up to something probably trying to put them in a big scandal or mess because he never told his close unemployed friends that he was recruiting an paying salaries neither did he invite his church members or unemployed family member whom the believed live across some parts of the country because he kept on emphasing that he wants people to be working for the company through out Nigeria and beyond as soon as possible.

To cut the long story short he has threaten some of them with legal actions to come out and verify their fraud allegations on him since according to him the have no tangible evidences but according to some of them the claim the evidences exist because at some point time the were witnesses to a particular event that happened between him and someone, a businessman though not recorded and the person, a businessman cannot be produced by the staff who accused him.

Also does the Nigerian constitution or Nigerian Labour Law permit a CEO or employer or a company to extort money from someone who may wish to work with the all in the name of automatic employment or employment
