1, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan: Nigeria's current president is equally loved and loathed among Nigerians, at least online. If there was any doubt about that, then his name appearing in both categories should put it to rest. GEJ's management of October 1 bombing, penchant for making confusing remarks, series of events in PDP many people see GEJ as behind are the low points of the man.

2, Ibrahim Babangida: For daring to return to power after what he unleashed on Nigeria in his eight years rule, not a few Nigerians despise this man. His attempt was described as an insult. He continued unabashed. For a leader not known to be tribalistic in his military days( his allies cut across all tribes), stooping so low as associating with regional champions and his zoning clamour further soiled his image this year. No single presidential aspirant has ever received the kind of resentment IBB received is his misadventure.

3, The Cabal: While the politics of Yar'adua's sickness lasted, these men held the whole country hostage. The whole presidential apparatus was grounded. Seeing the president became only their exclusive preserve. They held on to state information. The cabinet got divided. Intrigues regned. They did their worse to ensure power did not shift hand. Welcome Turai Yar'adua, Yakubu Taminu, Abba Ruma, Kaase Aoandoaka and other members of the mafia.
