Depending on your responses to the questions above, you can still return the phone to be replaced for you cos warranty covers upto a yr.

It will even support Android 11 when it comes out, that's the reason i respect nokia. You can upgrade nokia phones to two android versions. eg from android 9 to 10 and 11

Likely to be hardware. Effect of pressure from whatsoever can make screen behave dat way. E.g, sitting on phone, putting something on the phone etc
