Still in the spriiiiit of AOB I'll love more light to be shed on the trajectory of a typical Graduate Trainee Program in Nigeria and how it relates to what's obtainable in NNPC.

1. How long is a graduate program supposed to last before trainees are fully absorbed and assigned responsibilities?

2. Are all trainees trained in the corporate Headquarters? Or they're special academies created for this purpose.

3. Is it possible to 'evict' a trainee during or after the training?
If yes what possible causes could lead to such decision?

Lastly, when can one start informing his village pipu that he or she has been gainfully employed? Is it as soon as APL is issued, during the training program or at the end of everything . (these are in addition to the questions raised by Tolu yesterday)

I hope people choose to ignore this clown. This guy raised false alarm of receiving invite on the 20th of June which was unfounded by the way. When the invites started rolling in by 26th June he was making inquiries as to whether unsuccessful mails were sent. Apparently he didn't even scale through the CBT stage. While it is not out of place that unsuccessful candidates can have valid information about the recruitment process, i guess this guy's reputation precedes him.

Best be guided young man!

That still doesn't mean it is based on merit. A guy was not on the list posted on the website, but went for the interview and was eventually among the very few that got the appointment let. All made possible be his connect.

A friend scheduled for 4th got there late, and according to him, he pleaded with them laying his reasons for late coming....las las, all they did was to collect his credentials and write his details for reimbursment.
So he was invited, went for it and had apparently no interview section ( i guess he is better now, now on a Research Assistantship in UTM Malaysia) . We still chat, he has not been paid.

Again, if you were interviewed on the 3rd, you could probably notice a man, yes, a man, 28 years....in GT category...his age was used to disqualify him while his NPC was checked.
