Contact the payment gate(Paystack)there are responsible for the problem.
Had same issue last 2 months .
I contacted my bank, MSport.
My bank confirmed the transaction was successful, MSport didn't receive the funds from my bank (they said so).
Had to Contact Paystack.
My fund was reversed to my account after 8 days.
So contact Paystack,neither is MSport nor you bank responsible for the problem.
Those things dey happen for every bookies.

The problem is msport. This is not the first time it's happening and when they manage to reply my message, they'll quickly rectify it. For them to rectify it means that it's from their end.

I guess I just have to move on. Msport don do me wayo. Since 1PM yesterday. They didn't pick my calls, try didn't reply my messages. I used the live chat too, once I'm connected to a operator and tell him my predicament, he cuts the conversation instantly.

Lesson learnt the hard way. I'll go for a more reputable bookie.
