If the truth must be told, majority of Nigerians are deeply IGNORANT and are happy and unconcerned about it. The few others who are not ignorant are highly INDIFFERENT. The attitude "so far I see food chop, wake up baf, go where I wan go, I'm ok."

That is not contentment. It is indifference for you to pay taxes of any form and not be represented. It is ignorance for Nigerians not to know their history or to have lost their sense of history. This is the main weakness IBB and his cohorts are planning to exploit. It may work.
