I used an head tie from one of my clothes to tie. Just tie it round ur tummy and tie into a knot at d back. Make it tight but u must not be uncomfortable in it.

Ppl that did something special are coming. Me didn't do nothing. I tied my tummy for just 2 days and pressed with hot water once and I think my tummy is even flatter than pre pregnancy. I eat my normal food- forget the eating for 2 thing. So me did not do anything special sha. Maybe vigilante too helped me not enough sleep.

I don't know why but God kept me.... help me thank God... travelled today, almost at my destination already in the town I was going... my bus waited for the traffic controller & a vehicle behind on high speed hit our bus from behind.. Exactly where I just shifted my body from, killed the traffic controller, rammed into cars on the other side of the road b4 finally crashing beyond repair... several casualties but thank God for my life... still like magic...

Good morning. Thanks to all who answered my question on the episiotomy issue. I was at d hospital yesterday and d doc said I should do sit baths with warm water, dettol and salt. Thanks a bunch.

Babe, please take your leave and rest wella... I have my annual 25 working days leave but have option of carrying over 10 days to first quarter next year...So I am starting 1st week in December and will take everything back to back and then commence my maternity leave.

Agility or not...You need rest. Abeg no allow anyone brainwash you. Take your leave and have enough rest, then resume back for some time and commence maternity leave. My Own na from December to May next year ( My annual leave and 4 months maternity leave ). If anyone shout, make they come carry the belle dey commute work daily and see how e dey be

pls go back to the hospitsl so you can get checked out,happened to me then i was told it didnt heal properly forming a keloid.salty hotwater stsrted the whole ish so dont try it until your gynae says so.

Please dont do the hot water thingy. Some suture dont require hot water or dettol (just washing with lukewarm water and salt). Best bet is to go back to the hospital for a physical check.

Sorry dear no vex! Are you stressing yourself? Like do you walk really long distance? For the swollen site, sit on a bucket of not too hot water add savlon and salt and let the steam get there. (don't let your bum touch the water just the steam). Do you still take antibiotics?

I don't stress myself in any form, I only take care of baby.My antibiotics finished about a week after I put to bed, the one I was given from hospital. I will try the hot water stuff. Thanks.
