I have experienced this before, it would regularise later. it is a system glitch. There is a section on the portal where you can report a technical issue. Use that option to report. You can also take a snapshot of the window and escalate using webform but nothing to panic, the portal will eventually reveal all the application information.

In my wife's case, when she got to Canada she had to google and called a couple of hospitals, made contacts before she got a gynea but it wasn't difficult.

Yes, your child can use the ETC, that was what my son used last year. It was my wife that did the processing at Ottawa and it was an easy process at the Commission
