i have a personal plot for sale in kuje Abuja. the plot is in a developed area with buildings around . it is 1000sqm, on paper but larger on ground it has C of O. Asking price is 4.5million. (negotiable)

the land is in-between houses with duplexes built around and a mini estate right across from it. we bought it to build for our personal use but we have considered another accomodation in town. Fmary, i know you and i have your number if you want me to call you about it let me know, i called you about two weeks ago trying to purchase a plot you advertised but the prize was higher than my budget. i am actually selling this one to raise my budget for the one in town. thanks

thanks for the clarity. do u have an idea how much more difference is there in cost of 5 bedroom bungalow versus 4bedroom bungalow while the 5th room is a penthouse? those are beautiful structures by the way.

@ brabus, i did google it b4 asking here. when you google it, all u get are discussions about penthouses as a full house as it is known in the western society(house on the highest floor of a high rise building). it is not discussed in terms of an attachment to a bungalow. if anyone can help i will appreciate it. i just got a land and i am reviewing information to help me determine what structure to go for.

thanks alot guys. brabus i will be emailing u soon. does it cost ridiculously much to add a pent house to a bungalow? i really donot know much about buildings. i know i love pictures of bungalows with penthouses, but what is a penthouse really? apart from the fact that it is higher than other parts of the house. does it need a stairway or its just built with higher ceiling. pls forgive my ignorance but i am learning alot here.
