I have been trying to enroll for bvn but every time it says I already have one but I don't remember enrolling for bvn. Please is there a way to get the bvn they say I have because everytime I ask them to give me the bvn that they claim I have. They say they can't access it

Pls house, whenever i try to register for a new bvn..kt keeps saying i have a bvn but i don't have any bvn. When i was in secondary school my mum opened a Polaris rainbow account for me linked to her bvn .could this be the issue
