The anger is that he believes a/ some players can do better than they are doing and wants them to up the ante.

Maybe doing it too much is not so good but when you are passionate about getting result and givingbuour best its had yo control emotions when others are being lackadaisical or consistently making school not errors.

Ordinary set wet we dey play sometimes dey make person vez talkless about what is at stake here.

Even we fans wet no dey play dey vex anyhow when the likes of Rashford, Pogba, Martial, Magic and Dem gea decide to do nonsense and you expect make the thing no pain Bruno.

Compare how many times we have abused those players I mentioned for being sloppy with how many tines we had berated this same Bruno on this board and you would see that he probably has been ignoring a lot of their nonsense, hense the frustration he is showing.

I do understand your point. Fact however is that Bruno might be too driven and he probably wants people to be at his level of dedication, passion, drive etc. It’s going to be tough, there are different personalities in the team, and using methods like that to get everyone on board won’t work. There is a reason very few managers yell at footballers these days. It affects dynamics of the team and makes you go back to the drawing board (as a manager) every time. He needs to find a better way!

BTW, I don’t think it’s fair to say that some players are doing nonsense. You can’t have 11 Brunos on the pitch, so we have to live with fuvk-ups and imperfections. The manager should be the one to find a way to make sense of everything.

Nitrogen has a point in that if it keeps eliciting such angry response from his teammates he should tone it down a little bit and do it privately.

Bruno wants success, I like that about him, but he needs to make corrections less forceful/offensive.

This one is different, screaming and yelling can result in physical fights. There would be physical reactions from fellow players, check out Lindelof and Matic’s reactions, and tell me those things happen every time.

Same player yelled at the manager to make a substitution.

They are professional and they get paid.

They are all players, he is not in the position to chastise fellow players, the coaching crew can do that, you can only suggest not chastise or shout on your fellows.

It’s good to be driven, but take things easy, else you will be in trouble very soon.

The fact that he is playing for united now regardless of whether he had won trophies before or not even makes it imperative that he shows his passion by screaming on any player that supposedly is sloppy.

How would it look like for him to have played for a whole united for about 5 yrs or more and end up winning nothing because some players who have already won something are dropping sloppy performances on the pitch, especially when he Bruno is at least being consistent with his excellent performances.

If Maguire wey be captain fvck up for pitch they should shout on him. . Even mctom supposed fit slap Maguire and Bailly if they mess up

Only players who are consistent earn the right to scream at other players for their sloppy performances. And Bruno IMO has earned that right.

I disagree with everything you’ve said. Let him win trophies first, the stats are BS if we don’t win trophies on the back of those.

he has to be careful on how he goes about correcting people. Some of those players started playing when he was still in diapers. . I think the players know he does everything with a lot of energy and so he's not being disrespectful.

We all know how it works in offices and places outside offices. Even if you are a superstar, you better take it easy with those before you, CR7 is a very good example, he does his thing without shouting on people every time.

Matic is a big boy, don’t think that because you have many assists and goals within 12 months, you earn the right to correct your seniors and bigger boys. Your time will definitely come, let the coaching crew do their job.

when a player performs at a consistently high level, I think he's earned the right. we don't need a team of sissies anymore.
Keane, Neville, Rio, Rooney, Evra, Schmeichel, VDS, Vidic barked at any teammate slacking and they received their dose too when appropriate. these were individuals who hated losing.

It’s a different era. Also, I don’t think Bruno has earned the right yet, he met these players at Utd, and it’s not like he’s won major trophies prior to coming to United.

I like what he is trying to do, but he should take it easy, else there will be factions and friction in the team.

Watch how we run through this season breaking history while we continue bottling trophies and these people will tell you Ole is progressive and needs more time.
