We are not in any fix. Sack Mourinho, get a DoF ASAP, allow Carrick to take us till the end of the season, then work with the DoF to get a new manager for next season.

We need to be realistic with ourselves, with or without Mourinho, nothing to be achieved this season, let Carrick give us the positive and stable style we want to see (not minding whether we win games or not) till the season ends.

It will be very hard to see coach with passion for the game as Mourinho and one who wants to win every game. His self motivation and love for the game is good for the club.
