Anyone here going to Northumbria University this January?

School resumes on Monday, no update whatsoever from CiC on study permit...

Please I need advice on what to do?...

Sent email to school to inform them, no response yet...

Anyone else applied Nov backwards and resuming Jan and has not heard anything from the immigration?

Same here I am just tired. They sent me to go and do medicals which I did on the 18th of december and since then nothing and my friend thaat we went together got his visa last week of december.

Anyonr here going to Northumbria University or any school in Newcastle?

Biometrics and interview on the 12th.
Visa collected today 31st.

I mentioned that I would be staying on campus, and I told them everything about one of the campus hostel, fee per week, per year, if it feeding included and other info

Like I have booked a hotel accommodation and intend to stay there till I get an accommodation, can I put that info as extra information? Or just use the school address as where I will be staying.

since you fist put no, then dont complicate things by adding any extra info. Just know about one of the schools campus, how much they pay ie rent per week and for the duration of your course or per year or per section and how far it is from the school building. Also know if the rent comes with a meal plan. All this is for the interview. And if they ask say you are planning to.... (then tell them about the campus and everything).

Only the school can answer this as some of them don't give out ACL codes rather would want you picking u at the nearest post office.

Check your CAS letter and the email that the cas letter was attached to.

What of persons that have reapplied but are still waiting for a reply even after the embassy told us to go and do medicals. Is there any help you can render at least to know know where I stand.

I applied for priority. But I have not yet booked flight.

Did you receive an acknowledgement Email from UKVI Sheffield day 1 or 2 after ur Biometric?
An email that say your application has been received at Sheffield

If yes I am certainly sure by Gods grace u will be contacted by Monday or Tuesday, failing on 2nd.

But if u haven't received any Email of Visa Application (RECEIVED) Acknowledgement from UKVI @SHEFFIELD.

I recieved the mail on that same 12th. ��� fingers crossed till monday then.

Good day everyone, uh so I reapplied for a canadian study visa and got called to do my medicals which I did on the 18th of december, but till now, I have not heard anything. But my friend that we did medicals together has gotten his visa. Has anyone experienced such. I just want to know what is going on.

Super priority?
If its Standard Jan 6th or 8th should be ur15-working days.
U know this is holiday season...

I did my biometrics and interview on the 12th (Prority) and nothing yet.

I did my biometrics on 18th of December 2019, I did the priority 5 days visa, today is the 6th working day and still, VAC is yet to receive my application.

Dont worry you are on track. They dont usually stick to the 5 days they say for priority. Its sometimes takes up to 15 working days. Did mine (priority) on 12th and I am still waiting.

I can't book earlier appointment date. Available date is on 10th. This is not good for me. Who else is experiencing this.

You would just have to apply for superpriority, they say it takes one day to get your visa, but if you do tour research you would discover that its usually three days it takes. That would be the best option for you with the time constraint issues you have.
