I left SpectraNet 4GLTE for nTel NG 2months plus not just because of bad Internet network but because of the way their customer service attends to loyal customers.

I have been a Fan of SpectraNet for many years irrespective of service fluctuation because it is a norm in this part of the world. What actually got me pissed was when SpectraNet service fluctuated for like two weeks, I called customer care that I can't pay for a full service and get half service that I won't be paying for the next month subscription but they refused - meaning I want a compensation. I felt bad that I can not be compensated for having a bad services for 2weeks, so I left for nTel.

On getting to nTel, same fluctuating services as usual, that is not the issues, after using nTel for 2months, their 4GLTE device started fluctuating between the signages on the device, I took the device to the their technical support center @ Falomo, they said the device cnt be fixed that I need to purchase another device, while all these happened, I had a running data plan on my SIM.

So I was left to purchase another nTel device, I spoke to the customer care service, I requested for a replacement of device, I was told that the companies policy doesn't support replacement, I was wondering if I purchase the device from a road side shop.

A device I bought from big Company not a road side shop, I was denied a replacement. This means they only care about the Money not ready to protect customers interest by bringing in inferior and substandard devices.

I know that someone would have been victim of this situation but this is a rip off. I also meant someone that their office complaining of bad devices.

These guys are corperate 419s operating in Nigeria.

NOTE: nTel devices are bad, very bad. You can give nTel SIM a trial.

NIPOST is not such a bad service, I use NIPOST well, I collect items without paying kobo, depending on the size though but if u need to pay for an item, the problem is that the system is not transparent, you dont know the exact amoun to pay.

Someone will just walk up to you saying your money is blahblah.

In nutshell, items are safe with NIPOST.

Then after I have paid what I believe to be my balance, not withstanding that I have an item that is still pending arrival, you begin to ask me if I'm going to work tomorrow that I expect you to be working as well. Even threatening me with demurrage, please don't be silly I beg you.

I wouldn't want any further bad blood generated over this matter and would expect that you maturely hold up to your end of this transaction as I hold up to mine.

I have heard this several from different GTBank branches, Bode Thomas, Allen Avenue and Ipaja road.

They rejected $20 from me severally, rejection is supported with a statement "saying GTBank's Policy doesn't accept $50 below".

I purchased nTEL 4GLTE from nTEL office on Akonwonjo road, Egbeda. I ran away from my loving spectranet to nTEL 4GLTE but I discovered they are both mess.

I contacted nTEL customer care about my trouble with the new services, after 30minutes of my complaint, I get an email telling me my issues have been successfully resolved. After getting the first "successfully resolved email", I wrote then again saying my complaint hasn't been resolved how come you send successfully resolved to me.

Just to cut this story short, nTEL is a bad network, if you want to Whatsapp, send messages, you can subscribe to nTEL.

WHY I SWITCHED FROM SPECTRANET TO NTEL

I live around Alimosho, Abesan Estate to be precise, I started having a very bad network 4weeks ago, I have contacted Spectranet customer care severally, I kept getting restart your device, even when I wasn't even told to restarted the device, I restarted it, I got pissed because they never acknowledge to me that they are having issues with their base-station, I have to always call to bring to their noticed of the bad network I am facing.

They asked an engineer to come check my device out, he came, did a magic, it worked, after he left the network started acting funny, so I switched from SPECTRANET to nTEL

I was really a terrible experience for me, I have wasted lot of cash on having to get a good network.

SpectraNet used to be fine, since I paid for unlimited data monthly, and I am having issues with my network for over weeks and I said I won't pay for the coming month subscription, which SpectraNet team didn't agree to, I see no reason why I should keep patronizing such service

1. Looks like u entered your neteller account id 4525******39 instead of your neteller email address.
2. Please note your neteller email address is your neteller ewallet account no not your id,
I guess transaction was cancelled because we were unable to trace your payment using your account id.
