ccaramel: Call Chibuzor or WhatsApp Susanna. I have never had a problem with HappyTime. Noniking on the other had was nothing but trouble. my dear, it seems we all have different experiences with these people. I actually tried them because of your recommendation. first they sent my packages individually by express without any instructions to do so. I tried to reason with them, all they did was to reduce the cost to 8.5$. I had to literally beg for their Nigerian office address, begged for account number to make payment, then the amount to pay. after paying 16k to receive something of 20k, I got the goods this morning only. to find out one item was left behind in their office. the chibuzo guy only called to inform me and said nothing about compensation or paying for the transport since it was their fault. Imagine paying another 2000 for a single wristwatch to be sent to me? |

Does anyone know how else to reach happytime logistics? After shipping via express and not normal, I am now begging them to tell me the amount to pay to collect my items And someone recommended these people |

ewizard1: Thats it! and then you conveniently skip the other part. Oga try to verify facts before you post. Nobody places any one on hold to go ask questions. Youre placed on hold when the systems are acting up, when theres need for verification, wont disclose the other reasons, but theres absolutely nothing like going to ask the ''real MTN guys''... It is still within ourselves |

ewizard1: Ok, you're a Network's customer care agent? Good. Is your office labeled with the network? . What i mean... Do you really work with the Network directly? yes and no. There are several centers. A few are outsourced to other companies to manage. But that's not the issue here, besides however you look at it, they all work for the network. When they say "Hold on, let me run a check on your line... they are contacting the real MTN techy guys and those would tell them what they have to tell you. where did you hear this please? It's very ridiculous |

ewizard1: Thats because they dont acually work with MTN. Instead a Customer Care company is bridging that gap. When they say "Hold on, let me run a check on your line... they are contacting the real MTN techy guys and those would tell them what they have to tell you.
Tho not all the time, some are problems that they already have been told the solution. there's not an atom of truth in what you wrote. how do you guys come up with al these? are you one of them? |

Djangocode: Recently, i had a terrible experience with MTN Customer Care Agents...
I subscribed to a BIS plan on my Blackberry, followed the normal procedure of hard-reset and after all the ish, Nothing was actually working.. My phone will browse if i have credit but once its finished, i wont be able to browse again and meanwhile, i have an active subscription..
I called their customer care and these are the solutions almost 40 of em gave me:
1) Go to your my message and text DATA ON to 131.. This didnt work..
2) Go to apn and set it to web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net with username and password as web respectively.. This didnt work too..
3) Perform a hard reset and wait for 2 minutes, then reinsert your battery and it should work.. This didnt work..
4) Go to Host routing Table and Send ''Register Now''.. This didnt work also..
5) This one is funny.. Almost 20 customer agents told me to wait, that they'll text me on what to do once i end the call and behold the message:
Tell the Customer to go to message and send ''DATA ON'' to ''131''.. Or tell the Customer to Go to Host Routing Table, Press Blackberry button and select ''Register Now''..
When i got this text, I was so disappointed that i gave up.. How can a Customer Care Agent forward this text to a Subscriber and also include the Instructions they gave to him/her.. I've had a similar case with Glo Customer care Agent on a different issue where he sent the same message..
I later took my phone to MTN office and explained to them my case.. They took me inside to their technical department and the funny dude checked my phone and sim and asked if it was a ''32k'' or ''128k'' Sim Card.. I was wondering how the specie of my Sim Card was the cause of my not being able to Browse.. At the end, he couldnt do shii..
My Question is: Were these guys screened before employment..?? I know that in developed countries, You dont employ someone who knows nothing about how things work..
Well, I had to go online and i noticed that my Phone was locked to a BES(Blackberry Enterprise Service).. All i had to do was delete a Security IT Policy and insert a .bin file, restart my phone and boom, My Subscription started working...
You can share your experience with these Telecoms customer care agents here.. how exactly did you expect them to figure out the problem was from your phone and not their fault? Calling customer care should be a last option. They're not mini gods. |

NaijaShipping: I am not defending the wrong weighing of packages and parcels but it is very complex in the world of freight and not as simple as the kg weight. The dimensions also have to be taken into account. For an accurate weight of your items, use our new freight calculator www.naijashipping.com/price.html There are also minimum weights to account for and service fee's if charged.
For those not in a hurry for their items from China but want to use a trustworthy company, then try us today, we will procure your items for you and notify you when they arrive in the UK with picture evidence. After cleared payment we shall then send your goods to Nigeria, clear and deliver to your doorstep. Contact us for your quote on these types of orders as our calculator is not coded for that type of quote.

asuustrike2009: . Presently am using MTN true talk plus and zone and they both charge 11k/sec and 8k/sec respectively (depending on your location ). Secondly MTN customer care agent at times don't know what they are doing because of lack of communication gap between superior and subordinate I disagree on the deductions because MTN are fraudsters big time. Don't worry just leave your airtime for a long time to experiment my assertion. As for name there's nothing special about it because others are having funny names on this forum lol I am an insider bro communication gap or not...what you give out on inquiry remains the official ones |
Phones › Re: Cheapest MTN And Glo Tariff by NnamdiN: 12:40pm On Jan 15, 2016 |
Asuustrike2009 (this ur name sef) Everything I wrote is official. MTN zone may be working for you at that rate, doesn't make it official. I'm on TruTalk plus too but when you call customer care, you'd be told what's official and not "by luck tariff rates" (that doesn't work for everyone. Mtn will only deduct your money if you don't know how to use the network. I don't use the same lines for calls and data. That's a huge risk another line for testing their offers |

Beta talk- 40k/sec 200% bonus on recharge *123*2*6# Tru Talk- 20k/sec on net/off net *400# Tru Talk plus- 20k/sec on net and off(can't do free midnight calls) *123*20# Ipulse- 40k/sec for first min and 15k/sec from second minute *406# also comes with a lot of services, when you migrate call customer care to cancel all add ons else you go contribute NCC fine Smooth talk- same rate as ipulse *401#(not very sure of the code) Supersaver+ 30k/sec for first 2mins and 15k per second from. 3rd min. Can't remember the code now MTN zone. 28k/sec and 12k/sec only from 6pm-9pm. *135*1# MTN Biz class- 40k/sec first min of the day, then 13k/sec but there are terms that may not favor you If you don't wanna deal with codes dial *123# select tariff plans, use this as a guide and just select the one u want. *Hint* after every migration, call customer care to check ur line and cancel every demonic thing that comes with it. |

Smooyis: Why is it that most networks glo, mtn, Etisalat, AIRTEL etc have deleted or omitted the option that enables one to speak with their service agent when calling the customer care line.
Do they think their simulated computer can address all issues raised. NCC over to you. Stop fighting the wrong battle. customer care guys can't do anything for you. You'd still be referred back to the office. |
