Not bad anyway but instead of advocating the ban of phone use, how about guiding the parents to enforce limited phone use. If I give a phone to a child, I will know what to do to the phone to decide what the child can do with it. If I want the child to only use WhatsApp, he can't go outside it.

When I see children working with machines abroad and I begin go wonder why ordinary phone become impossible to put under control for our children.
