Good people, i need your kind and urgent response on this. My younger sister (17years) got admitted to a college in ontario and at the point of entry, the visa officer inadvertently forgot to issue a study permit. All effort to reach CIC to issue a permit for her interland had been abortive. Seniors in the house, @blackbuddy,@vcole, @salford, @maternal, kindly help with directions or suggestions on how to tackle this. I am very open to any info from anyone who may have gone through this before. I look forward to your kind advices and suggestions. Many thanks. |

Tosh1:Hi Tosh, were you at their office today? I am resident in Ibadan. Had called the office today and was told the same story. I had to put up in the hotel throughout last week when I came around hoping they would receive the documents. Can you help with any update? |
onirugbon1:I did paper application and did not get an approval email. Is the approval email for both online and paper applications? The only place I confirmed my processed document had been dispatched was via tracking. |
Tosh1:They have been saying that same statement of expecting it or in transit since past two weeks now. Wished that linked the paper application to online to know my fate. So many things are just stalled at the moment. |
toluene1234:Applied October 3.did upfront medicals. PGD business Administration |
Tosh1:Please what's approval email? |
My fellow Nairalanders, pls help me o. I did paper Visa Application to Canada and I kept tracking it online till 28th of December 2016 when it was indicated that my processed visa application has been dispatched to vfs Lagos from Ghana where it was processed. I have been to their office every day of last week and they keep saying "we are expecting it" even till this very moment, it's the same story. It takes a maximum of 50 minutes from Ghana to Nigeria via Airplane and a maximum of 15 hours via road transport. This is the second week already counting and it's still not here. Is it CRAWLING ni fa? Please anyone with such experience should come to my aid as am very confused on what to do. The school has already resumed on the 5th of this month and I didn't defer my admission thinking I would have known my fate before that day. Now all I do is pray for a positive response. |
Some few months back, a Nigerian musician sang a song " who you epp". No sane reason exist for this business to thrive one day in Nigeria cos I think our people had been made wiser from previous scam businesses. While I do not know the genuineness or the workings of this MMM, I believe it has the trend or element of greed that all other failed ponzi scheme had. No 419 scam does not have an element of greed. Tell me one investment in Nigeria today that had 30%returns. So why won't people run into it. Sure the handlers are just using the money of some others to shore up the supposed returns. When they have generated enough bubble trust, they will resort to the strategy stated in this article and well, we all know no known address exist, no claim can be made |

Congratulations Romola. I can't forget how you stood out morally, academically, and socially during our undergraduate studies. You have not failed us. I am proud to have been a friend, partner, class governor and 'ur padi'. I recall our first law course in year one, where despite my previous diploma in law studies, she gave me a run for my scores. That was my experience back to back throughout our undergraduate days despite coming tops of the class. Romola was my partner in several moot sessions both within and outside Nigeria. She possess a simple, amiable and quiet personality. Always ready to go the extra miles for people who has focus. Chai, Omo ni omo yen . |
