Ironbull: I'm sure wike have learned a lesson from this fubala betrayer guy.
I personally learned from this case I will never help someone 100% to achieve his or her dream in life because Wike delivered all the Rivers local government for Fubala now see Fubala in acton of ingrate just typical ipob character never says thanks for doing any good for them.
Wike should have told him then he should go and pray on the mountain to become selected for primary and let's see how far his dirty prayer willl go. It is quite pathetic that you said all this. Have you heard Okowa trying to control Sherif? Have you heard Fayemi trying to control the present governor of Ekiti or Udom Emmanuel trying to control the present Akwaibom state governor. Listen, Fubara was the most loyal governor I have ever seen. No other governor has ever taken or will ever take what he took in the hands of Wike. It just got to a breaking point and he said, "I can't take this anymore". |

gidgiddy: Stop spreading fake news. Her death had nothing to do with sit at home or IPOB, I'm an Anambrarian. On Monday 17th June, AVG(Anambra Vigilantee Group) chased kidnappers, who had attempted a kidnap at a Hotel in Nnewi, to the border between Nnewi and Nnobi, and engaged the kidnappers in a gunbattle there
The young girl was unfortunately there at the time and was hit by a stray bullet
This was a case of criminality and had nothing to do with sit at home or IPOB

Politics › Re: Outrage In Benin As Akpata Supporters Abuse Oba For Correcting Him by Noblechykk(m): 11:17am On Jun 18, 2024 |
AreaFada2: I have generally supported Igbo presidency for the sake of fairness. I always hoped SW/SE/SS can work together to make it happen. Edo youth wanted it and voted for Obi. But our SE cousins often display too much arrogance towards others. If SE are republican, they should not use it to abuse those with a history of enviable monarchy. Because anybody can be Igwe in SE does not mean it's so everywhere.
Such insult will further alienate those supporting Igbo presidency.
Benin palace has etiquette and Akpata should have known it. Claiming son of the palace implies Oba's candidate/prince. Benin is not SE or any other place with princes all over the place.
APC and PDP candidates are equally sons of the soil just like Olumide. No divisive tribal sentiments needed in the campaign.
Benin does not want the injustice of marginalisation at presidential level to happen in Edo. Governorship should go to Edo central.
But Akpata can contest as it is his democratic right. But no false claims. I saw more of Yoruba names on the screenshot posted but your hatred for the Igbos blinded you that you have to write this long trash |

hmohammed: I think i already mentioned corruption in my posts, that doesnt change the fact that Nigeria is very poor and cant afford crazy minimum wage First thing first. Good that you mentioned corruption. The government should be sincere with eradicating corruption. Drastically reduce the cost of governance. Then, we be justified to call out labour union |
Politics › Re: Response To Soludo's Monthly NGN 2,500 Per Resident Of Anambra by Noblechykk(m): 8:20am On Jun 13, 2024 |
hmohammed: https://www.nairaland.com/8123289/share-anambra-monthly-revenues-nobody
This topic is created to buttress Soludo's claim and also give a big picture view of Nigerian economic situation.
If we do the same analysis for Federal Government, each citizen will get less than NGN8,000 monthly if all revenues that accrues to Nigeria in 2024 were shared with her citizens. Below is the calculation
Estimated yearly revenue based on 2024 Budget - NGN18.32 trillion Estimated Nigerian population - 200 million Revenue per population = 18,320,000,000,000/200,000,000 = NGN91,600 per citizen yearly (NGN7,633 monthly)
The truth is that each citizen will get less than 8k naira monthly. Federal Government is expected to pay salaries, invest in roads and capital expenditure, pay back loans and also save for the future. Nigeria is technically a very poor country. Despite this huge constraint, we still lose a chunk of this money to corruption. FG cannot afford to increase minimum wage beyond its capacity, it will result into severe economic conditions for everyone. NLC should please be very understanding with their request.
Please let me know what you all think as well Politicians loot millions upon millions in order to stay politically relevant and it is very clear even to the blind. How then do you convince the workers that Nigeria is poor? |
