Col 1 is the ID, and col 2 is the amount

Let's say I need to select all rows where the sum equals 5 .
It should return row 1 and 2 coz the values there are 2 and 3 i.e 2+3 =5

How do I go about it

If this same Government don't help to protect the East,same writer will say the APC Govt hates the East.

When was the last time anybody heard of kidnappings or Robberies in the East again?

This is a mischievous write up,and this victim playing card bandied around by the Easterners should stop.
