Yes. It does. And what is wrong with it? Should evil doers be left to roam unattended? If you doubt the efficacy instigate your community to undertake the Anam people's type, intentionally go against the oath and watch out for the consequences. We all know this works but we do dissuade people from engaging in it due to its overreaching merciless consequences. After the culprit has been dealt with it goes further to start dealing with his family members until placated with huge sacrifices. Don't you think this will cure all the maladies of our political class.
