Dangote is indeed a target for the incompetent ones at NNPCL and NMDPRA. It's high time someone stood up for him.

Those people trully have investments tailored to the importation of fuel ie depots and tank farms, loading points, jetties, ie billions.
Now dangote has all this and can take them out of the picture which will lead to lower prices, his loading facility alone can dispense to hundreds of tankers an hour, accurately, not the current one at apapa where 1000liters is 940liters.
