Please guys especially current online applicants, someone told me that for the online route, travel history viz-a-viz previous denials are not asked. Is this position correct?

Hi nogara, please use this to calculate your eligibility and this for your CRS score. You would get the answers you need after this. Go to page zero of this thread and previous threads to learn more. Most importantly, use the CIC site for official and authorised information on how the program works. When you are done with your research and there is any thing you don't quite understand, you may seek clarification here and you just might get help. Remember to aim for high scores in your General IELTS test.

hello guys, you are really doing a great job here. Please i would want to know my chances with this express entry route.
1. WES evaluated my degree as a 4 years bachelors in Engineering.
2. Did IELTS although academics had 7.5 band however im looking forward to writing General.
3. 3 years post NYSC work experience.
4. 27 years of Age.
5. Gift deed is possible for POF.
6. Single.

Kindly peruse my profile and profer your opinion on my chances of getting ITA.

For the IELTS, you can read it up at your own pace and excel. I did mine and got band 7.5 on first attempt. So you can do it too.

Thanks bro.
I sent them a mail detailing the circumstances surrounding the event of my later submission of transcript to them and also let them kmow the transcript was already at their door post. This was acknowledged and my admission application was reinstated immediately.

I will advice you send a letter asking reconsideration based on extenuating circumstances of mail delay. If you have a tracking number so they know it was circumstances beyond your control, enclose it. Send the reconsideration request to the person who signed the letter of rejection.

I will send a mail to that effect. They requested the transcript must come from my Institution. I seriously hope and pray they reconsider since its a cancellation and not rejection. But then, they never sent a reminder mail or whatsoever to issue a deadline before cancellation.

Hello guys, im so pissed right now. I just got a status on my masters application portal on University of Ottawa that my application has been cancelled owing to incomplete document. Meanwhile my transcript in on transit to them as i speak infact its meant to get to them by close of business today.

My grievance is they did not contact me in any way to give a deadline as regards my application. I have spent more that 80k just to send trancript and documents to these guys. Dont know what to do . Your candid advise is needed.

Hello house, we are doing a great job here. I applied for masters in biomedical engineering since jan at the University of Ottawa. I did Mechanical engineering as first degree with a 3.93 cgpa. How long does it take to issue admission for masters?

In the past, people have contested this particular scenario saying it might impede the smooth run of your application as the VO has pointed fingers to some applicants with dual purpose( study and express entry).

Another school of thought has also made a glaring point backed up with the immigration policies that the visa sub-classes are independent of each other. However, its always reasonable to err on the side of caution. My advise is finish up one visa application before you enter another since they are for the same country.

Please, someone with concrete experience should advise. A person , who is already on CANADIAN PR application by registering on Express entry pool and is not yet issued ITA (Invitation To Apply), wants to apply for admission into one of Canadian colleges. Could he denied study permit due to his active application on Express entry pool .?
