BUHARI APPOINTS NEW COMMANDANT-GENERAL FOR NSCDC

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mr. Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu as the new Commandant-General of the Nigerian Security and Civil
Defence Corps (NSCDC). Mr. Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu succeeds Dr Ade Abolurin,
who has retired from service.
Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu, who was an Assistant Commandant-General of the NSCDC before his new appointment, hails from Muye in Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State. He holds a B.Sc in Sociology from the University of Sokoto, and a Masters in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice
from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
President Buhari wishes Dr. Abolurin a happy retirement.

I thought the man was fired, i was surprised when i saw him on NTA network news yesterday. I didn't follow up the particular news properly, but i saw him in NSCDC uniform talking to the press. It seems he is now the oga at the top

On what basis will he be fired? Has he committed any criminal offence or just because he made a grammatical error which can be made by anybody

Go to Ekiti or Ondo state, u'll c pple older than him but they may not have record.

Presently Fed govt have started slashing some public servant sal(paramilitary). Just yesterday IBEDC brout their bill it reads Netarrears: 5,530.16
Current charges :59,265.40
Vat. 2,963.27
Total. 67,758.83.

Govt kept making policies that is making life unbearable for us. Up till now I don't undestand while vat will be as high as 3k per month and my current charges is 59k. My own even beta, my neighbour own na 72k. My monthly take home is not even upto dis. Am tired of dis country. Somebody shd plss explain d sudden rise in d nepa bill n tell dem to quickly come n remove their pole afterall foul dey sup b4 corn come.
