Download chrome and Mozilla, chrom should be on default while ur Mozilla on simple server ip, use ur chrome to comunicate with ur modem den ur good to go with Mozilla +.simpler server

Hello. I've realized that the mtn fastlink E3531 huawei modem connects directly to the internet, without any initial software like the rest. I'm trying to help a friend configure his simple server but I can't do it completely.

Users of the modem can please drop their suggestions,which is quite appreciated.

It's a simple issue. It's caused by 2 system apps not visible till rooted. I think its called gn statistics or something. Go to gionee m5 thread and follow it up there.

Please this E3531 modem doesn't have a software,it connects directly to the net. How do i get a software for it? Thanks.

I noticed so many irregularities on Indian rom that is why i paid Money to a Gionee engineer guy in Abuja, to roll me back to Naija Rom.

what i noticed during my marriage to Indian Rom were:
a. My battery juice drops down too fast for my liking.
b. My MEID Displays: 00000000000000 when i dial *#06#. (why should MEID appear there instead of only IMEI?)
c. whenever, am sending pix or small video on whatsapp, it will just freeze, i have to wait a while, and exit whatsapp before it sent the stuff(Not so in Naija Rom)
d.Also, when new update is out, u won't get any Notification.
e. The fact that GNS_salesstatistic & GN_SalesTrack_GL connived and deducted almost 100 bucks for unwarranted text msg b4 i rooted and uninstall it from my former Indian rom, made me angry and port back to Naija Rom

The only advantage of the Indian Rom is moving app to SD, which i believe Naija ROM the Latest update will fix that.

The major reason that makes me stress myself in going far distance and paying money to port back to Naija Rom is a,b& c.

Now many of those allegations are actually false,bro. I'm on Indian rom too.

I've been using Gionee M5 since the week it came out, and trust me when I say this - You will not regret using it for one second.

So I'll recommend you buy Gionee M5

The only disadvantages it has which are not disadvantages for me but may be for you are

1) It is somewhat heavy
2) It has a non-removable battery.

Every other thing is near perfect on the M5, especially the picture quality of the camera - Super!!!

Little stuff. Child mode has been included,in case you don't want your kids touching some apps. Some new settings have been included too.

I ordered mine on wednesday from kulimart and it was delivered yesterday. Very fast delivery. I'm yet to start using it though as there's no light to fully charge it. I bought the 32gb version Gold color (cos they don't have silver color that I'd have preferred).

Who knows where I can get silicon case and other accessories for this phone?

When you are using a phone like gionee M3, u stop monitoring ur battery.
All u do is use d phone d way u like, when u get home after d days job u jst charge d phone...
And repeat d same process d following day.
