Governor Wike was also sacked by the Tribunal and Appeal Court, yet the idiot never vacated his seat till Mary Odili of the Supreme Court saved his ass. Yet the same drunkard now wants Umahi to vacate his seat because One justice Ekwo of the PDP says so. ![]() Ndi ara! lalasticlala Mynd44

Lets see if INEC is now a political party. Only a fool, would think the convention wont go as scheduled because of some elements of PDP in the payroll of INEC. ![]() |
Convention will hold on the 26th of March. We have complied with all the rules and notified INEC - New Spokesperson of the APC, Barrister Ismail Ahmed says. Details later. |
INEC PDP is becoming an inteloper. ![]() APC should go ahead and have their emergency NEC. Section 82 they cited doesn't even apply to NEC meetings. |

Malory:APC is dead, APC is dead since 2014. We keep hearing that, why they keep winning all the elections. |
fergie001:He didn't lie. You can watch the video on YouTube. He said it emphatically, that Buni handed over to Bello, to act on his behalf. However, the dynamics changed, when Bello discovered there was no arrangement whatsoever to have a convention on the said 26th. |
The letter didn't counter anything. El-rufai said the same. However, after Governor Bello assumed office at the Acting Chairman, he discovered there was no arrangement for the convention by Buni and his cronies, hence his deference to Mr. President for guidance. Buni is gone and gone forever. |
APC should petition NJC about this Akwa Ibom PDP Judge. They should also apply that the case be reassigned to another judge, as Justice Ekwo has not hidden his hatred for APC in favour of his pary the PDP. |

According to the section 84(10) of the new Electoral act recently signed into law, act which any government appointee interested in contesting or voting for any candidate in Party primaries must resign their positions 3 months ahead of such primary elections. Now according to the recently released INEC time table. Political partiers have between April 4 to June 3, 2022 to conduct their primaries and ensure resolution of disputes from the exercise. It means, going by the above provisions in the act and INEC time table, any government appointe who may be interested to participate in his or her party primaries and didnt resign by at least March 3rd, 2020 stands disqualified..

“Governor Sani Bello, who is acting in that capacity now is doing so to avoid vacuum in leadership and most importantly, to put in place required arrangements for the forthcoming National Convention of the party 17 days from now,”The body and the headline is saying different things. Disregard dailypost, it is a rogue blog. IPOB una go wait tire! |
“And I’m using the opportunity to let Nigerians know that nobody castigated the judge and we will not and because the matter was not before any judge.Where is the apology? Useless bandit online blog. Where was the PDP NBA when former PDP Publicity Secretary abused, accussed and castigated our judges and the judiciary for simply upholding the election of President Buhari.? Where was NBA Akpata, when Wike was descreting the judiciary, abusing judges and accusing them of collecting money from Buhari? |

If you are a good student of political science, you should be able to call who the two events today favours. Vis: 1. Rejection of Electoral Bill Ammendment. 2. Sustaining of the APC initial zoning arrangement. |
