How on earth would someone be teaching you to wear bra in public and you can't feel remorse for failing to learn such decency from home, instead you are raising eyebrows and making more mockery of yourself. The school should really be commended for their gesture and having time to even address such nonsense despite prevailing social and economic issues in Nigeria |
Afterall Maazi Kanu already said all that's happening now. They were sold out with the politicians propaganda instead. Pity |
IJAYA001:Wow, a political scientist justifying election rigging and manipulation as features of election..... your school deserve commendation |
ariesbull:Well, a civil servant up to his level should at least be able to live a comfortable life if things are the way they were supposed to be |
IJAYA001:You see, we don't tell ourselves the truth even when it takes nothing away from us. I remember reading about OBJ saying that even the best candidate will not win the 1979 election and he was clearly referring to Awo. Similar things happened in 1993 and 2007 when the politicians always try to give the people a different person from who they voted. But has it ever changed the fact that people are always conscious of what usually happen during the elections? No! Trying to justify the shady role of inec itself by switching off the server and claiming technical glitches for only the presidential election while at the same time, announcing someone as winner only leads to the 'illegitimate' president we have, who would never have the support of most people. It doesn't matter whether the court sealed the deal or not, people are not that dumb and stupid in this age. |
Thunderfayamods:He's not far from truth actually if you do objective assessment. 2 of my very good lecturers when I was in school just relocated and I know some others that are still processing theirs. Some still take loan after selling their land, just to escape Nigeria because Tinubu is totally without direction and to make matters worse, all the corrupt people we have been waiting to see punished are all joining the same party to erase their sins. As I am, I'm seriously planning my exit because it's not just for myself but for my children. The future of Nigeria looks too bleak and one becomes helpless when even the poor ones are supporting their tormentors in the name of tribe and religion and political party, it's just irredeemable! |
NiceLegs:This is exactly how one of my exam officers put it to me the day I went to collect my result. He said he had regretted his decision to remain in Nigeria after the school retained him as the best graduating student in his faculty in the 80s. He said that some of his mates back then didn't waste the opportunity they all had but relocated to US and UK. Today, they have their permanent residence and have all moved their families there while he's still fighting for minimum wage. I looked around his dusty and rickety office and he started pointing at his fan and AC that neither was working. As I tell you, till today, this man has made it a point of duty to always call me every week just to remind of the need to leave Nigeria while I still have the energy. |
IJAYA001:Thank you for clarifying the fact that Tinubu didn't enter Aso Rock with people's mandate but a stolen one and it's all I needed to hear. So, it's understandable why he's just as clueless as his supporters on what to do to move Nigeria forward. No wonder you can't even say a single good thing he's been able to do since he stole Obi's mandate. Yet you still support him despite seeing Nigeria sinking under his watch, haaaa how unpatriotic can you! Is this the kind of country you want to leave for your children or you think it all ends in proving petty points on social media while people are escaping the country with no plans to return? |
IJAYA001:Please tell me, just one GOOD single THING of Mr Tinubu. I will not close my eyes and I will appreciate it but first, stick with the 4years they rigged him into Aso Rock, we will talk about your 8 years delusion after 2027 election |
They are all using Kanu name to advance their political future because they know it's a name that appeals to Igbos. Who is he calling on if at his level, he doesn't know what to do to ensure Kanu is freed? Speaking for the camera |
IJAYA001:You that like good news about Nigeria, can you tell me one good news that can be attributed to Nigeria since Tinubu was rigged into office? |
There is no evidence that they are angry here, when I see one, I will recognise it. If they were truly pained by happenings around them, they would have staged counter protests the same day their paid brothers were cheering Tinubu and alia up few days back. The killers were happy that they praised Tinubu and decided to strike harder since they demonstrated their happiness with the unabated killings going on for long, shouldn't they continue the praise singing as they have succeeded in adding more deaths? When you play politics with your brothers and sisters lives, this is the result........shameful! |
dominique:Closed ballots are not needed in the event of technical glitches or inability to count before voters. Everyone has been made to know that when the electronic way is failing, all should resort to manual and that's what's going to play out, whether as electoral staff or police, your job is to cooperate with the electorates if you desire to be alive and hear the final result |
ALISMILE:For the records, your lots said more than this in 2023 only to start switching server while chanting technical glitches and sneaking out in the dead of the night to announce an acclaimed winner..... they should really arm those going to conduct 2027 election because any one willing to be used for another technical glitches will be going up in flames right from polling booths to the collation centres |
obama30:Thank you for reminding us of this, I will always amplify truth and I will copy it humbly |
Lots of young Iranians wanted it to happen, to get rid of their tyrannical government. Tinubu should have known what young Nigerians are waiting to happen with the political class at this moment and stay out of issues concerning US/Israel and Iran. He can't handle ordinary bandits/herdsmen yet speaking into world powers affair |
This is how to address shameful acts from rulers like Adams oshiomle who think only those within corridor of power deserve regard.......a prophet is not needed to recognise leadership |
klawaaa:You can rant all you want, the head of a lion is only a vain wish for the dog. If you can do more than the DSS, please locate their office in Abuja |
Factcheck0001:Well you will have to pray hard for that to happen. At least your relatives should have told you that he is different from Abiola who was poisoned in jail and the culprits still walked away freely. Do I also need to remind you that he has a different fate from your forever demi god -awo, who ended up in suicide due to frustration of failing to be president? Please pray harder for your wishes to become true bruh |
Thank you Mr Dele. Yoruba senators were sweating hard on the floor of the house arguing against immortalising Humphrey nwosu because according to them, nwosu lacked the liver to declare abiola president. But none of them including all their Vocal representatives ever remembered what Dele just reminded us of how the electorates in 1993 were allowed to exercise their freedom of voting and their votes counted despite being in a military era and manual collation. Did any of those senators ever had the liver to condemn how Yorubas, our "accommodating and acclaimed educated tribe" were openly restricting and massacring people who looked like Igbos from voting in a democratic government in today's century of 2023? How more hypocritical can a people be? Safe to say that what even happened in 1993 that many were condemning was a child's play to the robbery, disenfranchisement and the brutality of 2023 general election, we can only hope that someday, people might look themselves in the mirror and admit what truth they have been denying all their lives |
Factcheck0001:You that they are not showing what it means to call Nigeria a zoo, how is life for you and those around you? Oh I remember, mental poverty is the greatest of all sickness, and as Fela described your lot...."Suffering and Smiling"😊😁 |
Cmanforall:Just noticed that too and I wondered! Will soon join readers association, e no hard |
ALISMILE:Oh I thought you are...... But even, some families in South west don't do the accommodation stuff. Talking from experience I had during my school days. I have had to meet landlords and landladies that refused to give me house on the ground of not being a Christian and not a Yoruba. Some of us just don't talk about them, not because we don't notice them but for what purpose? |
😂😂😂😂😂 Just 2years and he has all of that? Let me wait to see the next move of renaming Nigeria after him before his 4yrs tenure ends |
Ofemannnu:Still mentioning nuc? You've got no logic then |
Ofemannnu:Which part of Ibadan please? Only the secretariat you mean? Smiles. I had my second degree in Ibadan, you can't even get a clean apartment, oh I forgot your development must be patching or at best, refurbishing dilapidated buildings |
Ofemannnu:Please give me a source to counter my claims and not your politicised NUC which still tried to pull back the east this year through jamb. Have you checked the unity schools cut off marks and requirements across states? Those are the ones you should use to be truthful to yourself |
Ofemannnu:What are you talking about by mentioning south west and development together? You are fond of trying to use Lagos, which was a crown colony of the British as yardstick to measure south west.....the resources from every part of Nigeria was used to make Lagos what it has always been, how do even argue that |
Dennisochampa:What are they known for please? And don't revert to your lame propaganda as usual. Or you still deluding this to be the era of Awo who encouraged education? You still expect a lead in education when all you encourage into your leadership space is thuggery, forgery and everything but merit and competence? How do you marry the contradiction? By the way, the attached is for your perusal
|
ALISMILE:How's that anyone's business with your accommodation? Did they put trigger on your head to accommodate? Ruse and stale anyway, shouldn't deserve engagement even. |
You know I can understand for other regions, but East? Oh heavens! ........ surprised to see that outrageous figure of out of school children in the East! Like what's going on? Who are their parents and what are they thinking? It's a shame, absolutely shameful please! |
