Ever since I've been using HP and I love hp at least for their driver support.

But I don't know what is wrong with their hinges. My current laptop Pavilion DM4 3055dx hinges just pulled out and my previous HP 6730, the hinges got broken.

I want to buy new Laptop with the following basic spec
1. Touch Screen
2. Backlit Keyboard
3. Core i7 (Duo or Quad) and newer CPU Broadwell or Skylake
4. 8GB RAM minimum
5. 15.6 inch maximum ( but 14 inch or 13.3 will be best)
6. Good battery
7. I am not a PC Gamer so I don't need grand breaking GPU

Cube is a very good brand as I've used Talk 9X the Camera is wonderful and the battery is great. The only downside is charging the 10000mAh battery. But with a good 2A problem solved.
So my advice when you're buying get a Good 2A charger.

Though considering your exchange rate, I don't see you buying it.

For a budget between 30k to 35k, which spec of Xiaomi/Gionee/Meizu that would have 2G/3G RAM, at least 3000 mAh battery capacity and that is not heavy would you recommend?

No Xiaomi or Meizu phone with those spec that will be sold at that range.

Gionee M5 mini is the only one in your price range but considering the price and the God forsaken spec, I can't recommend it to anyone. I will recommend Infinix Hot Note 2GB RAM version.

But if you want to go outside the box You try Dodge Homtom HT7 Pro 5.5, 4G, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, 3000mAh battery 28k5.

Works only on Chinese ROM and isn't free I bought with Mi credit.
Back then in MIUI V5, THEME was extremely awesome but MIUI v6 and V7 ruined the notification center and it's other UI.

Not stated in the Specification here http://www.umidigi.com/page-UMITouch_Specification.html but I think it should, considering the fact that it's not stated in UMI IRON specifications and UMI IRON has it.
