My take on restructuring is to have every state survive with what they have. Oil still remains a federal allocation but with a plan to wean off it over 20-30 years. It goes back to the owners. Texas in USA owns it's oil not White house.

In my experience in life, most scammed victims are conned owing to their own greed.

We should ask him how much he paid for the piece of land and compare to how much it is actually worth .

Will the people who are comfortable with jobs , houses and a community not be committed to peace and security?

But for the yeast, the outlook is very bleak.
