Customer Service Representative

This team is comprised of patient, resourceful, personable, and efficient problem-solvers. The position entails phone and email communication with our current and future subscribers, thus playing a vital role in affecting the reputation of Groply.  Experience in a high-volume email ticketing environment, as well as a good deal of web savvy, often help people match well to this role.

We currently have openings for people to join us full-time, with some flexibility in their schedules.  We will be hiring people who can work some weeks a standard Monday-Friday schedule, and some (up to 2) weeks per month swapping a Saturday or Sunday for one of the weekdays.
