Yes. There is paid parking when going in from Ozumba Mbadiwe axis. They are a bit far from the embassy (Over 100meters), So you need to ensure you have all you need and none that you don't. Walking back and forth isn't fun. Trust me.

For those who have visited the US embassy on Victoria Island, Lagos lately. Please is there a free or paid car parking spots near the embassy? The last time I visited the embassy in 2014, so likely things must have change a lot from 2014 with regards to private car parking.

What is the best time to arrive at the embassy for visa interview appointment schedule for 10.00am.

You need to fill and submit a new DS-160, print and take the new confirmation page to your interview.

For Lagos, you can't park close to the embassy. There are car parks close by but you will need to walk down maybe 200meters. Maybe it's less, I was in heels. You can't go in with your cellphone either. If you are dropping documents, they don't mind. But to have access into the consular office, you can't have your phone. Best to keep it in the car.

Hi,

Where you in the group before? If yes, you need to contact one of the admins and try to resolve why you were banned and why you want to be back in the group. If not, try the link again. It is the same criteria. Was she refused or denied? If she was denied, she has to apply afresh. But if she was refused, wasn't her case updated? Didn't they give her a slip with further information? Cos if she wasn't denied, she is getting very close to her one year mark. What is the status of her case? Have you checked online with the case number? Please do.

My mom was denied a B1B2 Visa around May 2021. In March, when the interview waiver program started at the US embassy Lagos, she received an email to check if she qualifies, and a link to apply for Dropbox if she qualifies. However, due to one of the criteria being that if you have been refused a visa during your last visa interview, you don't qualify, she couldn't apply.
But then, Abuja started their Dropbox and that particular criterion was not listed under their qualification questioneer. My fear now is I don't know if Lagos has updated their criteria as well (to save cost for the Abuja trip, flight, and hotel) to include people that has a recent visa denial. So now, i dont know if i should leave her July date and let her go in person in July. But what if she doesn't get it? Will she still be able to apply for the dropbox?

What bad reviews? Apart from distance, Qatar is better than most in this list except for Virgin airlines. I love Qatar Air

My DH had his IW interview on the 17th of march but was refused on the 23rd.He received a pickup mail yesterday and has picked up his passport today.
A white paper was attached to the passport indicating he should come with a passport photograph not less than 6 months.

Please does he need to book another appointment for that?
