"the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills" is termed intelligence.
It will be obvious to see that when it comes to Nigeria,with English as her second language,it will be not wrong to use English as a measure of intelligence since it is a guage for aptitude.

Something is really missing here.
Judging from what I have read so far here, I think everybody is just saying the same thing, but with different views.
Everything boils down to communication skill.
The ability to communicate well in any language should been a propper yardstick for measurement of intelligence not just good command of mere English.
For one to be termed "intellegent", he/she should be able to communicate his/her idea effectively.

When it comes to lies, Apc is very creative at it.
I think their creativity is more needed in nollywood industry than running Nigeria.

Yea. I think this is for time being. What do you think will happen once the governor has been re-elected? He is fast in saying he would implement anything agreed just to get civil servants vote him into power again, once he has achieved his selfish interest, he will slash their salary by 30%. This people are evil.

organized labour should not agree on anything less than #30,000.
