Let's take example of VConnect.com - They started well before Mocality and still surviving ... I think it's not question of internet penetration or type of business itself.

It's more about patience, understanding market of business directory and knowing SMEs better.

I quite agree with jm8181, VConnect started few years back before Mocality and they are still doing well. I believe before someone or company goes into business, they should be passionate about the business and have a good knowledge of how this business are been run and with a purpose to give client benefit/satisfaction for their money.
