Life is short, biologically all living things are coded/hardwired to procreate and thereby elongate their species! Fighting this natural urge might give you a sense of power/achievement but in reality it is largely unnecessary! You can self-satisfy yourself by proving you can go long days without having sex or masturbating but at the end of the day,it is totally pointless! It's a pointless activity that will be lost to the annals of history! In 100 years to come, nobody alive will give a damn that someone somewhere retained his seed for some specified amount of days! Doing all these might be good for practicing self control but my point is,it is ultimately POINTLESS in the long run/grand scheme of things!
