Good morning fellow comrades. Let me remind us all once again for those that are just joining us, the objective of NYRP movement is to be a platform under which visionary and selfless youth leaders from all parts of Nigeria could be elected to pioneer the next generation of Nigerian leaders, starting from; president, governors, senators, reps, LGA chairmen, state assemblies, etc, to build a new Nigeria that will be more prosperous and favorable to every Nigerian irrespective of tribe, religion or political affiliation.

To achieve this goal, NYRP has zero tolerance for any form of corruption! Zero tolerance for any form of tribalism or racial discrimination! Zero tolerance for any form of religious discrimination or extremism! Zero tolerance for division of Nigeria! Nigeria must remain one irrespective of our challenges. Dividing Nigeria will never solve our present problems but will rather worsen them. We have 1 tribe and 1 religion, which is *national unity & development.

shophut:
To say the least, I am @Shophut NOT @John Snow

I was banned for 3 days and released today simply because i tried posting what i know would save many of us here.

@lindabon, thank you for the compliment but to be sincere with you NYRP is NOT on my agenda anymore.

@Ourchoice, a leader listens to his followers. You started this vision and we all believed in it and supported this cause but along the line you derailed from the formation. Members complained about the admins on Facebook and other social media handles, you promised effecting changes but till now NO CHANGES were made. #difficulttobelieveiamintherightplace

Moreover, a piece of advice to you all, to succeed in this mission, we have to take our meetings out of social media platforms.

All the best to NYRP and comrades in the struggle.
Nigeria will be revived
Hmmmm na wa o.....when did anybody complain if not yesterday that @Oloruntobi4382 made the allegation...and I refuted his claim with facts....we can't just make anybody that is not committed to NYRP an admin of our social handles....we made you to be in charge of our registration forms.....which is even the biggest task and admin role but you came back here for no big issue to say you have deleted the forms, is that a quality of an adminhuh

You have our official email, why not mail me with your complaintshuh

You talked about website creation, I told you that you will handle it....and even asked for the cost.....but it was placed on hold until we have enough members before launching a site.....you are the one in charge of the major admin roles but you are undermining your role and decided to be crying marginalization when you are even the bigger boss in charge of the main admin roles, na wa o.

You really disappointed me......you of all people I was even expecting to hold the house in order, mhen, you no try, this is sad.

Our youths are too impatient, this is not the way to go at all, I am not impressed with your actions.

I am a very busy person, as in very busy....I usually squeeze out time for this cause....I started this out of passion to effect a positive change in Nigeria after seeing how European, American and even Asian countries are leaving us behind in terms of national peace and development, God in heaven knows I have no hidden agenda....and I am even ready to cease being an admin.....in fact, I was waiting to see committed members join with their whole heart before I can hand over all admin roles and just be a moderator and coordinator, and I was even considering you for such roles....but here you are crying wolf when there is none, too bad

Oloruntobi4382:
Lol lame excuse. I'm Jon Snow. How does 1Nigeriamyfoot sound? like a terrorist or good person?
I didn't see where you gave me your Email....you enjoy accusations, tension and fight, whyhuh Not nice for a youth you know. But why are you answering Jon Snow on facebook, that's even against Facebook's terms....the reason for your ban was that you are a foreigner...and for now, we don't need foreigners, we will open doors for them later but for now, we need only Nigerians with Nigerian interest at heart.

From all your comments, it seems you are shophut....and I just read where you said you are taking down the forms you created for NYRP....just like that for no genuine reason, this goes to show that you weren't really committed to the movement.

A member here raised the alarm that Jon Snow should be removed from the Facebook group and I adhered to the request, you never came back here to inform us that you are Jon Snow.....you just assumed that you were being targeted when nobody knows your Facebook name to start with.

You intentionally said you don't have whatsapp....which is kind of impossible....you were just avoiding using your real name to be a part of NYRP for reasons best known to you.

Anyway, whatever it is, NYRP has no hidden agenda, so we got nothing to fear.....so no need for anybody to spy on our activities because all our activities are open to every Nigerian.

Where did i call for violence? i only pointed out the fact that there is no revolution without bloodshed. Heard how that police that arrested evans was killed? He wasn't safe for doing the right thing and so are we. None of us will be safe and that was why i said i had a formula that could win millions of Nigerians and avoid this bloodshed.

I hope you understand my point.

we have been calling on members here to please send their Whatsapp numbers to our official email so we can appoint coordinators, they refused to send. Shophut said he doesn't have Whatsapp....I begged him to plz join Whatsapp even if its for this cause, he didn't reply.

The people made admins of the Facebook group are temporary caretakers to organise the group and they were among the pioneer members and also, they showed total commitment to this cause from the very day it was initiated...it has nothing to do with tribe my brother.

We have been begging people from the north, west, east, central to please come and join but people seem not to take this movement serious but guess whathuh

We are advancing so fast....sheath your sword and join us cheerfully.... We are yet to appoint EXCOS and state coordinators....pls join the Whatsapp group, a lot is being discussed there.

We will soon start mass publicity to gain more members outside Nairaland.

The fact that 3 admins of the Facebook page are from southeast and south south is a coincidence and its not late to correct such....we definitely need an active Hausa, Yoruba, Fulani, Ijaw, Efik, Idoma, etc to also join the admins....but they must show total commitment to the movement from here my brother.

You don't just appoint passive member as a BOT of a company, party or organization, hope u understand it nowhuh

Before we discuss anything further, Is the NYRP a register Party with INEC? If YES! post the registration certificate for all to see if NO! calling yourself a Party is a criminal offence and no need for me telling you what could happen.
NYR(P) Should start has a political group or movement for youths or join a non functioning political party and take over it structure to actualize your vision.
Sourcing of political funds outside the country is also a criminal offence too.
I will suggest you go through the registration process and guidelines for political parties in Nigeria 1st. I willing be monitoring your progress.

Good luck
thank you

In as much as this is a commendable initiative of the present government, it is still mediocre because this is no job. The stipend cannot sustain anybody for 30 days without the person living a miserable life considering the level of inflation in Nigeria now.

This programme is designed to deceive the Nigerian youths into believing that the government has created employment for them....but then, is this the kind of job Nigerian youths spent years in school studying to gethuh

Can this job sustain any familyhuh

Is it sustainable or are the government covering a dead corpse with cloth so it doesn't stench for the time beinghuh

Nigerian youths must stop celebrating mediocre and demand for the best!

This programme is not sustainable.

What Nigeria need urgently now is uninterrupted electricity supply to at least the 10 major cities in Nigeria that will lead to entrepreneurship and industrial revolution in Nigeria that will in turn create sustainable job opportunities for Nigerians.

Nigeria can't continue to be a nation of darkness where light comes and goes like an eye blink, it is shameful.

Nigeria will continue to be underdeveloped until we fix our electricity backwardness.

All these must change, join NYRP and let's jointly take back our country and build it to our dream smiley

Are you fed up of Nigerian government promise & failhuh

Do you want to be a part of a great historyhuh

Do you want generations to come to remember you for goodhuh

Do you wish to become an L.G.A chairman of your areahuh

Do you wish to become a governor of your state somedayhuh

Do you truly love Nigeria and wish to bring positive change to Nigeria no matter how smallhuh

Hi, the problem is coordination. We need highly spirited Nigerian youths to be part of the planning committee and the mobilization group to begin radical mobilization....we are taking things gradually to avoid accepting the wrong people into the planning committee....yes, we have slowed down, but we will fire up again.

Try and get whatsappp.....you need to because you need to be in planning committee to plan and strategize soonest, get a whatsapp plz, its not difficult....email to NYRP official mail soonest.

But, please GIVE me 40,000MEGA watts of electricity NATIONWIDE.

GOD generated Electricity/ Power before Constructions, because he needed to see clearly so as to position the Valleys, Mountains and Rivers.
We can't build in the DARK.
I love this, this is what we are talking about; only a visionary youth can reason the way you did and reason Nigerian youths must stop being observers and commentators and begin to act!

We need people like you to join this movement. It is so shameful that we celebrate when USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, UK, etc issue us visa. It is so shameful that Nigerians see traveling abroad as a breakthrough.

Please fellow patriotic Nigerian youths at home and abroad, we are calling on you people to please come and join us so we can pull our ideas and efforts together and rebuild Nigeria to a great country it has never been.

The good news now is that NYRP (Nigerian Youth Revolution Party) has provided the platform for all Nigerian youths at home an d abroad to come together and form a full political force that will elect successful, young visionary leaders at all level of government in Nigeria.

Once again, thanks for the great contribution

It all lies in the hands of Nigerian youths.

We need young, visionary leaders with 21st century leadership style and acumen to move this country to greatness.

We all want a Better Nigeria but we are doing nothing to make it happen....dream without work is failure!

why do you enjoy bigotry, nepotism, tribalism and irrational judgmenthuh As a youth I assume you are, you ought to love fairness, equity, justice, general development, common progress of all irrespective of their tribe, religion, political affiliation and what have you.

It is shameful that Nigerian youths are the ones cheering and directly/indirectly feeding tribalism and religious intolerance in Nigeria, truly it is a shame, please repent and take a new leaf....bigotry takes people nowhere great even if they end up appearing rich.

This is indeed a right step towards the right direction. Kudos to the initiator of this wonderful idea. My own opinion about this whole idea is that we all know that these old men are not willing to take a bow, if not, people like Atiku will not think of coming back @ 70 when we have able youths that can do much better than the so called old thieves. Looking at it from the angle of the recent bill on the minimum age for contesting for any political office, why not use the able youths already in the corridor of power " THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY " to sponsor and effect the passage of a counter bill for maximum age which I believe should not be more than 55yrs. And with the passage of such bill. We will be able to phase out 75% of the old thieves and there by create an enabling environment for the youths to participate fully. Just my own opinion. Thanks and best of luck. We will surely get there someday if we don't relent.

This is a wonderful opinion but remember, majority of the senators and reps that will pass this bill are also old recycled politicians who after spending 8 years as governors of their various states, proceeded to electing themselves as senators of their zones. So our best bet is to shock them via ballot vote.....which is what we need right now.

All we need now is to get as many Nigerian youths as possible actively involved in this movement.

We are working on bringing in Nigerian youths abroad to join the movement....and there is positive response from them so far....we youths need to wake up...we are too docile in this nation, reason these recycled old politicians are riding us all and taking us for fools sad sad angry angry

It is so sad that Nigerian youths have been rendered helpless in their own fatherland.

Government must learn to implement policies like this with palliatives to alleviate the sufferings of the masses and those affected by the policy.

It is a good policy but the implementation deserves palliative and adequate consultation and publicity before it is fully implemented.

The only option Nigerian youths have now is to take over leadership of Nigeria at all levels of government and build Nigeria to their dream.

Forget about chance youth leaders like Governor Bello, he wasn't supposed to be a leader, we need successful, visionary youths not touts that went into politics to become rich!

Man is shaped by his/her belief, and every man's belief is either spiritual or philosophical.

Religion flourishes mostly in nations with bad leadership and failed government because citizens mistake every human problems/challenges arising from failed government as spiritual.

Employment is a right of every human!

Marriage is a right of every human that desires/wishes to marry!

Food is supposed to be a basic right of man!

But because Nigerian government over years have failed Nigerians, Nigerians now run to Churches out of frustration instead of Nigerians to join hands and fight the government that have caused their misery and sufferings.
