Valverde’s Barca was the first in my life that I could hardly stand watching Barca play.

Interim.... till end of Season.

I am not sure about Valverde prior to Barca but his Barca team played the ugliest Barca football probably in the last 30 years.

That was the major reason he was booted out immediately he stopped winning. As long as he was winning the fans could manage it but immediately he stopped winning they dropped him like a bad habit.

You guys need to look beyond who won what and consider the quality and style of football.

..... he played attacking football with previous Clubs he managed. Pressure to win Trophies made him change his style and tactics at Barcelona.

We have Pep, Klopp, Tuchel doing fine in the League. Do you honestly believe Ten Haag can rival the mentioned Managers and possibly win Trophy(ies) for United?!

Me don kuku give up on the Argument. I like Poch, but I'll definitely take Valverde over him.

Valverde is a lazy coach that slept multiple times during matches. He couldn't get his team to the UCL final even when they were already one leg in but Poch against all odds managed a UCL final despite facing a money team.


Poch was just unlucky with Spurs. We should have signed him instead of OGS, at least by now we would know the kind of coach he might have been in a big club but I guess he's already shaming his critics at PSG.

Poch over Valverde any day, anytime.

Valverde won League with Olympiacos multiple times, won Supercopa with Bilbao and came second in UEFA Cup with Espanyol.

His CV is far better than Poch's.

Bruno played more as a deep play maker when he came on with Fred in the AM role.
That's what resulted in our first goal.

Bruno was magnificent last Night. He played fantastically well. He played as a Link, connecting Midfield to Attack, instead of dragging Positions with forward Players.

Momentum is building for Ernesto Valverde

I prefer him to Poch. He should be hired as interim Manager till end of season. If he performs well, then let him sign a year contract with an obligation to extend his Contract by another year, if he delivers at least a Trophy.

Carrick seems tactically better than Ole. Team was well organized. Attack in 4 3 3 and defend in 4 4 2. They conserved energy in the first half. Allowed Villareal to play with ball until they are gassed out, then unleash terror on them.
