Home work or assignment is irrelevant to the constitution and just because it happens doesn't legitimatize the action . Many companies run rogue in Nigeria because the citizens don't know the law or lack the resources to pursue their right. A company can define its rules, policies and procedures but if it contravenes with the constitution, it becomes irrelevant.

Easily, what happened there is harassment, unconstitutional arrest, unconstitutional detainment, restricted his right of movement, kidnap by unknown/ unidentified agents. Where did they take the guy to? Are they empowered by the constitution of the country to make such arrests, even the Nigerian Police came under heavy fire when plain officers visited Portable...

Palmpay should thank their stars they are operating in Nigeria. The Labor law sets aside procedures for creditors to collect loan and this isn't one of them.
