Go and check Punta Cana airport in Dominican Republic that handles 40% more traffic than MMIA. Functional, no bells and whistles, there wasn't even air-conditioning last time I was there. You can't hold your governors accountable because you don't even know the financials. You don't know how much was spent on overhead costs like needless convoys or budgeted their wives wallets through pet projects.
