I tried updating software to no avail, but i dont know if by updating ovi store it means anything here pls let me know. Coz i've read that one needs to update software version first before hacking. Thanks

Delta state is not included in this drama. Uduaghan was sworn in in 2010 and not in 2008. At that time (in 2008), secion 180 has not been amended.

Nah you are the one getting it wrong brother, uduaghan just got another four years which serves as a new first term. The constitution is very clear, the previous election and tenure has been canceled so it does not apply to the re-run election. His election was declared null last year November before the this amended law came into effect in January 2011.

the decision of the court was that there was neither an election nor there was winner. so you cannot be talking about a first tenure where election was never held.although uduaghan might be benefiting from the flaws of the constitution and barbaric judicial system as obtained in the country,it was never a crime to exploit any lapses created by a law so far the act is done within the ambit of the law.
the amended constitution should have been able to correct this lapses if all its provisions are assented to by the president or, that which relates to electioneering because the provision of the constitution will over-shadow that of any other law.sadly enough constitution reign supreme.

For the sake of some of us with no know how technicalities of specs,while dont u guys take a break to carry us along by telling us what symbian os is,what iphone and android os are, what they are not and can never be,programming and coding language,the advantages and their disadvantages.Where they differ and how undynamic any one of them is.By device it self, compare and contrast individual supposed range or class and competing devices to include user interface,software compatibity and availabity,innovation.Marketing strategies employed so far or whatever that is being done to gain worldwide acceptability or anything considered as an edge leveraging on.As it stands now arguements are just generated at random and not everyone is making meaning out of it.Fellow members i think with all the areas i've raised and where we have other suggestions,if arguements are centered on these it will be educative,informative and the larger picture would be painted which can also serve as resources for informed decision on acquisition.Who knows we may decide to open a tread for it and have any other matters agitating our mind brought up for every one's benefit.

Hello fellow NL.My n81 front camera is faulty i dont what its history is like but when i want to use the front camera it goes into an error state telling me an error has occurred i should restart phone is it fixable?. Secondly the content of its internal memory cannot be assessed except the audio and video files ,but not the installed apps
