Politics › Re: How Tinubu Destroyed His 2027 Reelection Chances - Lesson For Next President by obawinner(m): 1:13pm On Jul 03, 2025 |
WizardOfNG: It is always a problem for a people who are.emotionally hateful and bitter towards others.
They are so desirous of victory against those they hate obsessively, they ignore reality to begin projecting the success of various theories they have crafted in their mind against others.
With them, we have seen this same scenario literally a thousand times in history. They sang songs extolling the victory of Kaduna Nzeogwu and co until reprisal came.
They jubilated the beginning of the Civil war to then be crying"genocide" later.
They praised the initial prison breaks of UGM, IPOB etal as "world domination loading" yet we all know how that ended with the arrowhead of the movement in jail and the group floundering today.
Never known a set of adult so ill-prepared for life because they continue to be so emotional and sentimental, from generations to generations, they always get major events, decisions, alliances and considerations wrong.
Here we go again with another round of senselessly premature noismaking and misguided jubilation, over a gathering of desperate failures, before eventual reality happens to shut them up in 2027 till the next round of failure comes along. Post ADC primary will open up their realities. Making grievous errors every electoral cycle . |

Who ask for your opinion on what igbos do with their lives? lol, Your delusions will be healed, hopefully Obi get the presidential ticket so the south east get a chance for presidency. else 2039 is the next southern return. A party hurriedly built up won't last till then. Another future victimization songs loading. |

The funny thing about the coalition is no matter how you strategize it, Tinubu will still win.
You cant propose Northern as president when it is the turn of the south, while the leading Southern candidates (Amachi and Obi) dont have political or social structures across the North.
But I must admit that it is good for democracy and the aligning for the 2031 elections. |

aswani: Not on this planet will Yoruba people not vote people based on who they are married to. Aketi's wife would have caused problems whoever she married, it wasn't because she is Igbo.
Yoruba wives can also be needlessly ambitious like her too. Awolowo and Akintola had issues particularly because of the powerplay between their wives.
I don't understand some people, both Igbo and Yoruba by the way, don't you people have friends in real life to realise all these sweeping generalisations are a nonsense. Not on this planet you said? Your confidence is based as they were previously Liberals and were not remotely concerned about the conservative nature of other sub ethnic nationals and their agendas. Be rest assured, the conversation isn't for public consumption, that is a mistake of that generation. |

WizardOfNG: Totally agree. Not swayed by all this photo OP celebrations. I am not happy with Dapo Abiodun at all.
He is below average in application and efficacy for a State with one of the greatest potentials of all Nigerian States. Excusably, the state has suffered neglect from successive governments both at federal and state level. not a reason through but I think he is setting a better trajectory. Hopefully, it get sustained post his tenure. |

They have not started reaping the effects of the political suicide Obi committed against PDP and South East in 2023, they will understand soon how long termed politics in Nigeria is unforgiven. |

1x2x3: You failed to remember PDP existed when Ojukwu contested under a lesser know party and no one voted him.
Same PDP is in existence when Obi contested under a lesser known party and they voted him.
If it was about voting for PDP then Obi won't get a vote. It's about the right candidate. I can tell you Obi would have struggled in the SE if APC picked Osibanjo. The votes would have been splitted massively.
Finally, check the candidates SE supported and they won, compare their performances with those they didn't support who later won. It will be clear they always know the right candidate. The SE always know the right candidate, except in their region. 🤡 |

blueAgent: In Education Obi score far higher than Tinubu. His legacy in education still speaks for him in Anambra, where is Tinubu owe?
In finance Obi score far higher than Tinubu. He left the state with debts while leaving high amount of money in the state treasury. Tinubu left lagos state in debts.
In security Obi was rated best by the IG of police
In investments Obi brought A brewery that is creating jobs,Tax and revenue for the state., he brought Pharmaceutical companies, innoson motors, hotels e.t.c
The list is endless. Peter Obi recently noted he did not build any school through out his 8 year term as governor of Anambra,. I ask again, what indices do you leverage on when there was an increasing population with no school built. On tertiary education too, Ansu went on strike for him increasing school fees..i won't go ahead to the closing of more than 400 special center by the immediate governor after a year he left. I would ignore your other claims as it helps nothing. |
