What their leaders fails to understand is that this sort of divisive politics only works on the minority, and for a short time, it cannot be in the interest of the majority. Hence, a little dynamics makes them a loser in the political race.
As well as encouraging moving out of the region to influence the economic growth of her people, it is only beneficial for the short term; the long-term ripple effect is culture dilution, loss of their ethnic heritage, severe brain drain in the SE and a host of consequences.
Historically, the vision of all past SE leaders for the region was not built to achieve smart long-term goals as they always hinged their goals on other regions permutations.

Project are meant to put you through every knowledge you've Garnered over the course duration.
During my undergrad days, my project was rejected like a baby changing diapers. I got tired, depressed, I took the man name to church gan sef, the Prof did not even sit before the project topic got rejected.
Then finally approved, I was in the middle, covid came, I spent 8 month working and writing the approved topic only for me to resume after the pandemic, then my research supervisor said the topic is outdated. I fainted 60 times in 60 seconds.
Summary is never give up, build your research abilities, data evaluation and update your inquisitive skillet. Best of luck!

. Make una take am easy to dey lie. Zik never removed Eyo Ita. This was what happened, politicians like Mbadiwe, ojike and Eyo Ita wanted to have Zik removed as NNC leader at that point Mbadiwe put himself up to replace Zik, now the NCNC members in the assembly needed to declare vote of no confidence and Zik will be removed, but they didn’t and as such Zik asked for the members behind the plot to apologize and affirm loyalty to the present leadership of NCNC or they will be removed. Ita and his group refused and they were fired. Eyo Ita was never a leader make una take am easy to lie.
Lol, There is the Richard Constitution that led to the fiasco; there are also actual audiovisual recordings available too. but, it is not my SW region and not my purview to be concerned. I wish you the best!

Exactly - it is 2023 and people are much more tribalised, thanks to what Awo started. But back then Nigerian politics was like US. The dominant thing was party affiliation NOT ethnicity. I know it's hard to believe, looking at the climate of today!
Azikiwe was not truthful in his recollection of archived Nigerian history, which is why you opined Awo started being conservative. The cracks were evident; all the other geozones were advocating self-determination. Nigerian politics has never been like US politics since amalgamation. Stop making this mistake, haven't you learned enough? Zik admittedly should have been fighting for the people he advocated for and not selfishly going on voyages of no return in contesting elections outside his region.

Things Zik/bello/awo saw in 1949, we still see in 2023: he was an ethnic leader fighting ethnic interests through falsified propanganda (like we saw during the election), but he fretted and panicked with a lot of fears of what might be if Northerners succeeded in seceding or if the West were politically united.
Truly, Azikiwe was an idealist. Nigeria will never ever be ready for his far-seeing ideas. I kind of feel bad for the man as his ideas put us in this mess we find ourselves. He wanted Nigeria to be great through his ethnic lens.

Everyone has learned lessons, and some have smartly applied reality to their stakes in Nigeria. Some won't, so they keep pointing fingers of betrayals.
PoliticsRe: The Very First Political Betrayal In The History Of Nigeria! by obawinner(m): 3:28am On Nov 11, 2023
PoliteActivist:
Well, Awolowo was totally Yoruba, as Bello was totally Northerner. I honestly dont think at the time Zik considered himself primarily Igbo, neither did Nigerians view him as such. Let's not forget he spoke all three languages and grew up in the North.

As you can see from below, he was always trying to downplay differences of the tribes
but when he lost, he went to the east to overthrow Eyo ita Giwa to become the eastern leader.
I will suggest you wind down this manipulative political machinery; it brings you more ethnic stereotypes than goodwill. It is 2023; people are awake, conscious, and more informed of your manipulative politics than ever.

False news, the hostel is charged at 40k by the school authority. but due to demand and greed, their fellow student removed the FG subsidy to resale at 200k -350k.
The school management are doing a great job keeping the hostel facilities clean at such ridiculous price inclusive of 24/7 power supply and 7am- 5pm cleaning service but of course it is overpopulated, overused by same students.

When a buyer eventually buys it for 250k, he or she will have another illegal occupants who pays 100k to squat another students effectively overusing the scares hostel facilities.

Your game plan to make Peter Obi look like Igbo candiate did work in last election will still not work in 2027 unless Tinubu transformed Nigeria in unimaginable way even SE will vote for him.
Hopefully he does transform Nigeria in a better way. if he doesn't, be rest assured we his supporter voice would be louder than the opposition.

You obviously do not know that there are Igbos and Igboids that are indigenous to Rivers state. You should ask yourself why Wike resorted to rigging the election in Rivers state in favour of Tinubu.

And I can even assure you that the Kalabari, Ogoni and Okrika will not vote for Tinubu. That is guaranteed. Tinubu will never be able to get up to 25% of the votes in Rivers state.
Emotive vituperation of nzobu nzobu as usual, See reality of SS votes here.

When Amaechi and Wike fell apart, we supported Wike's governorship bid because we felt Amaechi was siding with Yorubas and Fulanis to undermine GEJ. Igbos won that battle as Wike was massively voted for, by Igbos of Rivers state.

No one is even looking at Fubara to support us. Igboid indigenes of Rivers state and Igbo migrants in Rivers state already form the majority.
The Kalabari, Ogoni and Okrika will likely vote for who they feel, will support them when their son is fighting a national battle, and they all know that Igbos will do that, as they already know Yorubas will undermine any son of theirs on the national playing field.
Why would you say to your host that you're the majority in their political affairs? Don't worry, Rivers Indegenes will wake up to put igbos expansionist attitude in place. Keep it up.

In 2011, SW didn't overwhelmingly support GEJ.
In fact, GEJ lost in one of the SW states, and if not for the huge population of Igbos in Lagos state, GeJ would have lost in Lagos and Ogun also.

In spite of all your talk of Igbo political irrelevance, Obi beat Tinubu black and blue in this past election. Your drug-dealing blackie had to resort to rigging.
Unfortunately for you, Tinubu has no chance in Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Cross River state.
We are well aware of your divide and conquer techniques. They didn't work in 2023. They won't work in 2027 either.

Even in Rivers state that Tinubu is banking on, because of Wike, Obi is more popular than Wike and Tinubu combined in the same Rivers state.
Now that Wike and Fubara seem to have fallen out, Tinubu is already dead in the water.

Let us not forget the fact that revolution is in the air. Tinubu;s presidency may not make it to 2027 anyway. Did you listen to Datti Ahmed's interview on Arise News yesterday?
To aid your reality abit,
The 2 times river politics has fallen apart, it has not favored you. Amachi and Wike, Fubara won't be an exception.

As for revolution, it would be a case of the writing of Datti but the voice of South East. It will set you decades apart just like the available data of your predecessor in the coup and in 1967. Relax on Nzobu Nzobu politics, it will do you no good, so far Nigeria is one.

When the SE was nzobu nzobu protecting the SS presidential interest n 2015, the SW,led by Tinubu was nzobu nzobu undermining the only SS president Nigeria ever produced.

SS people are not dumb and they have long memories. They all remember how Tinubu and his SW people joined the north in maligning their son in 2015, while the SW became aggressive towards SEners for supporting their SS brothers.
A popular Yoruba monarch even threatened to drown Igbos in the lagoon, simply because Igbos chose to support the only SS president Nigeria ever produced.
Yorubas actively formed an alliance with Fulanis, just to ensure SS never enjoyed a second term in the presidency.

This treachery will be remembered forever.
When next you the south east leave your region to have a leaning in south west state political affairs, drowning would only be a child play. Mind your regional politics, we always mind ours.

That being said, Good luck Johnathan had the support of majority of SW in 2011 which is a testament to our believe he must continue having spent 2 years of yaraduas tenure. He had a large percentage of voters too in SW in 2015 However Buhari is who we formed strategic alliances with, which birth the current dispensation. It offspring is the current south south senate president and a future south south top elective position.

In whatsoever year power returns to south, you should be innudated before hand southsouth it will be first, then SW second.
There are exception though, but in either way, SE wouldn't be the first beneficiary.

Obi already has the SS and NC on lockdown. Tinubu has no chance

Tinubu will not be able to win in any SS state, without rigging, and I suspect he will have a hard time rigging it in 2027.

The SS still remembers Tinubu worked against the only SS president Nigeria ever had, in 2015.
Even Asari, his major ally seems to be abandoning Tinubu gradually.

Edo, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Delta and Cross River state are off limits to Tinubu
South South understands political alliances more, they have the potential of South south VIce president in 2031 and subsequent presidential nominee when power returns back to South. They know this, they have strategically placed themselves in the current dispensation, I don't think they would nzobu nzobu(ruin) their chance in 2027.

With increase in school fees in various institutions you will be giving the opposition a field day to gain that sympathy vote don't you think?
The previous tuition fee is not sustainable, university system is largely underfunded resulting to incessant strike by the staff unions. If school management Increase the cost of getting education and utimately running an institution, which is the right thing for quality education, it will be foolish for opposition party to galvanize back to the era of government funding instability in tertiary education.

ASUU would never ever go on strike under Tinubu tenures means no sympathy votes for opposition in 2027.

Instead of the ibos ethnicity to build their empire, history, culture and heritages. They won't, instead they would rather resort to soiling another culture who has built theirs through falsified propaganda and character assassination. Their target audience would heal, but for them, they would end up with nothing but inspired hatee.

same Tinubu Saraki took over Senate while in international conference centre to meet with Bubu? Akpabio almost lost to Yari. Just wait and see what will happen as the hardships bite harder. North is not all about money or the likes of ganduje and the criminals.
was Tinubu the president during saraki era?, what is the end of saraki after that incident? A senate president lost his election, He basically lost everything politically.
Tinubu Almost lost you say?, after Ouk cried of victimisation and almost all the Igbo senator voted for Muslim Yari.
The northern, SW and SS were the one who voted for akpabio, his South eastern brothers voted to spite Tinubu. Yet they failed, just like in everything.
