Good evening all, please Graz University of Technology application opens next month till September 5th, and they require documents to be sent to them via postmail not email and the documents has to be authenticated at MOE/MOFA and legalized at Austrian Embassy.

I have done my MOE/MOFA authentication already, but my verification/legalization appointment date is August, is it advisable to send the authenticated documents for application still...I am applying for Software Engineering and Management.

Additionally, please which couriers do you advise to use to send the documents ASAP, thanks.

The person that process your passport claim a misplacement. Which he will make affidavit, police report and a copy of your data page.Everything will be done like a new passport and without the old passport 10months expiring date. Normally is less than 6 months before renew.

Hello house, what do I do in this situation.I checked my brothers tracker and I see visitor’s visa document and the expiry. Unfortunately it’s the validity of the old passport that will be expired in July. He has raised a webform with the new one but it seems that it never got updated on his file. He has raised another webform again.
What else can he do differently before he gets PPR request . He only has the Bvl now. Thanks

Let the person renew his/her passport immediately and if possible fast track the passport. It may cost the person more for fast track passport processing. After the renewal of passport, he can now send it through webform for documents update. Depending on the time the orginal passport request was sent to him. Out of 30days for submission of passport, he needs to renew in two weeks

2. His application was approved even with expired passport . How did IRCC determine the number of years of visa they issued cos I heard the number of years remaining on the passport to expire is the number of years of Visa they issue.

Good morning, please I need an answer to this , i have done biometrics before in 2018, and in my application status not the tracker it shows the biometric number and date of enrollment. Also on my tracker the biometrics is completed and also eligibility . While background check is in progress. Will they still send me biometric validation letter. Just want to know if I should send email or not. Thank you.

Is it your first trv application? Have you checked gckey online application, if your eligibility review have started

She didn't do biometrics for this new visa application because the one she did in 2016 is still valid.

Was your biometrics giving immediately you applied for spouse visa or it's your old existing biometric. Am sure your BVL is already showing on your portal

Just have patience okay. Sending webform will not make the visa officer react to your message.

I submitted an application in November 2022, did my biometric.
I have a program in canada for May 2023,

By March 20th I submitted another application on the new portal,

Checked my old application eligibility started in March, date it started I can't say

April 4th I checked the old application submitted in November it has being withdrawn,

Then they said they will email the reason, till now I have not got any email,

Possibly you used two names and your surname for your application. When you want to signed up, fill your two names together with space and your surname in .But make sure there is space in between the first name and the other names. Also make sure you use the email for the application

Why I asked you to check the documents status because you will see visa number,expiring date too. If you have such information, that means your application is getting close to completion
